Ok Joker-SamaLighting Release is one of the five elements, Lighting is used in battle when the user Increase the vibrations of there chakra till Lighting sparks start to show. And lighting is strong against earth because earth is a good conductor so it travels right threw it , and lighting is weak against wind because wind is a good insulator. And the most know lighting user is Kakashi with his chidori,Or A with his lighting Armor, or Sasuke with his Kirin, or Darui with his black lighting.
Short but powerful.
Now I want you to learn something that you can't forget! So save it in a document because it's useful information during battle's.
1. A-rank wind vs A-rank lightning : Wind cancels it and continues.
S-rank wind vs A-rank lightning : The same as above.
A-rank wind vs S rank lightning : Both negate each other.
A rank lightning vs A rank earth : Lightning destroys earth and keeps moving.
S rank lightning vs A rank earth : Same as above.
A rank lightning vs S rank earth : Lightning will destroy the earth but as a result it will use of all of its power and cancel out.
You need it during battles when you use lightning technique's. Now the following thing is combinations which you can use against your opponents.
2. Fire + Lightning = Equally strong, these two elements are almost impossible to mix, I guess a few special lightning jutsus that wrap around the fire could mix with it, but it wouldn't create a special combo.
Wind + Lightning = Bad combo, lightning cannot be fused with wind, don't use them together.
Lightning + Earth = I'm not really that good at chemistry, but I guess you could in some way electricute the earth to increase it's lethality, but you'd loose your lightning jutsu in the process.
Lightning + Water = Electric water, often used a brilliant combo, but it can backfire on you really bad, if you touch the water you loose the fight.

*I grab the leaf, and then after i grab the leaf i start to send some of my lighting chakra into the leaf.And as i keep adding chakra the leaf starts to shrivle up till the leaf falls into pieces.

I hold out my right hand,and while breathing in and out i start to gather lighting chakra into my right hand. I increase the vibration's of the lighting chakra i'v been gathering till, some static's begin to show and i keep adding lighting chakra till small bolts form from my right hand.
Good, now the following.

Description: The user will concentrate their chakra and slam their hand on the ground to release a surge of lightning across the ground to the opponents feet to shock them.
Okay gather a decent amount of raiton chakra into your hands. Once you think you have enough slam your hands to the ground and release the chakra you have gathered. It should form a small surge of lightning it will travel across the ground toward your opponent (My clone) and should shock them mildly enough to disperse a shadow clone but would only slightly shock a human. Think of it like a small shock that would jolt the person throwing them off their guard and opening them up for bigger attacks.... try it.

Then I slam my hand on the ground, releasing my lighting chakra into the ground. Where I manupliate the lighting chakra toward your clone shocking him till the clone plots away

I start to gather a good amount of lighting chakra into my body, and once I'v gathered enough. I start to concentrate my lighting chakra to every each of my body,and i keep concentrateing till Lighting chakra is at everywhere in my body. And once it's through my whole body i release the lighting chakra all at once, and once i release it i shape manupliate the lighting chakra into a electril field shield. And then i manupliate the shield till it covers my whole body, and once your clone get's close it shocks him till he poof's away
