Cons not sure if you can use water techs while this is activated. Also it only works for short periods so after being hit with an attack I'm sure it would disperse.

You can use some water techs within reason. The important thing is you don't get hit by the water. It's good for defending from earth techniques and such.

Creates a steep hill with his Doton.

Run up the hill while performing the hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together and channel an electrical wave through the ground. This would cause the rock to dislodge creating a land slide of sorts as stone and rocks that were dislodged rain down on the opponent dealing damage. Keep in mind that you cannot do this on any other terrain, only on up hill terrain.

You can use this with or without a water technique, but if used with water it's much more effective. Release a wave of electricity that can electrocute anything within range, so if any water is touched by the opponent they will be knocked back and electrocuted. A very quick technique, quite useful.

About how you would defend: Water wall should keep the lightning away, but a wind technique would be better and more efficient. If you eradicate one of the four pillars, three will remain.

Rojuro begins by standing in front of the small puddles on the ground and begins building up his chakra Rojuro runs his chakra into the puddles behind him manipulating the water into a shark and proceeds to control the shark with my chakra control I then proceed proceed to use my Raiton chakra to throw a wave of electricity after the shark which connects with master's clone and then becomes electrocuted by the lightning which was amplified by the lightning and water combo.

As there is already water on the ground from previous lightning, water combo I have set the field for this attack. I begin building up my raiton chakra and begin to channel it towards the puddle's which lay around you thus sending electrical current into the water and making my attack more powerful.

After creating a puddle/field of water beneath the opponent send lightning chakra into the water electrocuting it and thus hurting the opponent.

Pro's this is perfect for use after a water technique which leaves the ground wet around my enemy.

Con's cannot be used on a rainy day or I would suffer the effects as well I believe.

Rojuro begins building up raiton chakra in his hands and begins to discharge it as it take 's form I use my hands to make whip like motions to create a spiraling tornado of lightning which goes in master's direction.

Pro's works as attack and defense. Good for keeping my enemy at a distance I want as it works from short range to mid range

Con's seems like a bit of a difficult technique to utilize as you have to be specific with wether you are creating a whip or a spiraling tornado like lightning.

I begin building up my chakra yet again in my dominant hand ie left hand. I then begin manipulating it out from my hand creating a wolf/hound like animal which seems to be tied to a leash like lightning bolt to my hand. This make's it so I can control where I want to direct the attack to. It discharges upon contact with the enemy giving him a very electric bite.

Description: The user channels his lighting chakra to his dominant hand and then radiates it out making it a hound shaped stream of lighting which stays attached to the users hand through a bolt of lighting.

Pro's can be directed with the bolt ie leash. Has ability to reach mid range which is very handy.
Con's I imagine a water jutsu would make the hound discharge before reaching the target. Probly needs precise direction when controlling.
