Lightning release is a type of nature transformation.It allows the user to to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra,allowing for piercing damage and fast movement.It can cause numbness and/or paralysis.Lightning can be infused into weapons to increase their power through vibrations,thus adding the effect of numbness.
Lightning in naturally weak against wind and strong against earth.It has a unique bond with water,as water conducts electricity.

Okay, now try to convert your chakra to that feeling by focusing it to the center of your body. Focus on your chakra untill it gives your the same feeling as the shock did.

-I close my eyes,gathering chakra into the center of my body trying to resemble the feeling I had when getting shocked.After a few minutes of concentrating I have the same feeling as before-

-I keep standing focusing all my chakra while keeping the feel of the shock in me,remembering it.I change my chakra to feel the exact same as that.I feel my chakra tingling as I feel it being turned into electricity.I keep remembering the chakra's feel so I can acces it at any time in the future.I do so for one day and one night-

-I end my meditation so now being accustomed to the new chakra I send it to my fingertips.I feel the chakra flowing through me and to my fingertips but nothing happens.-

Damn...this is harder than I thought it would be.

-I try to send the chakra into my fingertips again only this time I imagine the form of lightning.I remember the shock that went through my body.This time small blue sparks of electricity come out of my fingertips.-
