How*you*would*use*it*in*battle: I'd use it if the enemy had summoned shadow clones and I needed to get rid of them.
How*you*would*counter*it: Same as last techs .-.
How*you*perform*it*(with*as*much*detail*as*you*can):* I feel the flickering lightning chakra racing round my body. I surge all the Raiton chakra brewing in me up to my hands. I then swipe my hands and send a surge of lightning infront of me, stunning and electrocuting the clone.



I'm aware that the other techs need more info, just trying get through these techs quickly and I can't really comment on them much because they're quite similare

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Start by gather your raiton chakra throughout your hands, then manipulate your chakra to turn into a wave of lighting. The wave of lighting can vary in power. But send this wave of lighting towards my clone.

• 3. Can be intertwined with water to create an insane attack for a C-Rank.

• 1. Travels as a wave, meaning that is possible to jump over it, depending on the size.*
• 2. The waves of chakra are released from the hands, meaning that it would be obvious when the jutsu would be deployed, meaning the enemy old react quickly.

How*you*would*use*it*in*battle: If the user was using clones, I could wipe them out just with this technique. Also, if the see was rushing towards me with a water jutsu, I could send the wave out and use the opponents water to my advantage.
How*you*would*counter*it: I would counter it, personally, by using a wind jutsu to push me off the ground and elevate me, to dodge the wave.
How*you*perform*it*(with*as*much*detail*as*you*can):
I rub my hands together while bringing my Raiton chakra into them. Focusing hard on the buzz scattering around my body. I then place my hands infron of me, palms facing forward. I then release a wave of lightning infront of me, slicing the clone.





This is my personal opinion, but I think that you should get students to perform the technique first before writing the pros and cons and stuff so they can get a feel for it. I guess it's different writing out techs on an iPad though xD

Pros:
- No handseals ~_~
- As it's in a ball, it can travl through small terrain gaps? :s

Cons:
- Because it's a ball, it can be seen easily and countered in mid-air before contact.
- Easy to dodge.
- Can't hit multiple opponents?

How you would use it in battle:
I'd use it as a jutsu to get the oppenent moving and start the fight, it's not really game changing jutsu, but it does make the oppenent think. Also could be used as a distraction.

How you would counter it:
By using a technique that can disperse, so it'd be sure to hit the bolt in mid-air.

Perform the technique:
I take my stance and focus heavily on Raiton chakra circulating around my body, feeling the static race through me. I then channel all of it to my hands and then disperse an aray of lightning that I manipulate into a ball and then send it flying towards the clones, frying it in its place.

(Raiton: Raigeki no Yoroi) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Armour

Description: The user surrounds themselves with electricity. The intense electric field protects them by electrocuting anyone who comes into contact with it, but only works for one attack.

Gather your chakra, use this raiton chakra to surround you, it should turn into an intense electric field that protects you by electrocuting anyone.
Note: It only works for one attack.

Sweeeet

Pros:
- Can be both offensive and defensive.
- Quick to apply and you become the defence yourself.
- Instead of blocking with a wall technique, because you become the armour, it means that there's no way for an enemy jutsu to be controlled to hit you.

Cons:
- Only lasts for one turn.
- If you intend to use this technique to attack with hand-to-hand combat, it can be risky if the oppenent is skilled in Taijutsu.

How you would use it in battle:
I would use it if I used a wind jutsu to dash quickly to the enemy then use a taijutsu attack stringed with this.

How you would counter it:
I'd counter it by wasting time for the turn, like using shadow clones, so that the tech runs out, then counter with a jutsu.

Perform it:
I feel the static chakra flow as I start to build it up, I concentrate on all aspects of my body. Soon, a yellow glow appears around me and I can feel the jolting static. The electric field around me buzzes and I hit the target and in no time is completely smashed.

(Raiton: Iwa Nadare) - Lightning Style: Stone Avalanche

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

Go over to that hill. Then perform the seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together while running up the hill, doing this while also gather your raiton chakra will cause the stone and rock above you to dislodge and rain down past you, hitting my clone and release a wave of electrical energy.

Pros:
- Very useful for a surprise attack.
- Narly impossible for enemy to dodge.
- Enemy will have to use up some chakra.

Cons:
- Extremely location based.
- Requires hand seals, slows the tech down.
- Possible to backfire.

When I would use it:
If the enemy was a skilled close combat fighter, I'd lure them out then drop the whole freakin' mountain of them ^^

How to counter it:
I'd use a lightning tech back because even though lightning caused the earth to reshuffle and fall, it's still earth that's falling.

Perform it:
I start running over to the nearest hill infront of me. I then perform the hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together while still running up the hill and gathering my Raiton chakra. Once I have enough gathered, I unleash it and the earth behind me starts to crack and tumble behind me.

(Raiton: Shuurai Rappa no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Horn Technique

Description: The user will raise their hand infront of them like a sword and it will begin glowing a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shapt of a horn that spread outwards allowing it to attack multiple targets.

Lift your hand up in front of you and send your raiton chakra into it, your palm will begin to glow a pale yellow if done correctly your palm will release lighting bolts in the shape of a horn, that will attack my two clones, shocking them.

- Would be hard to intercept in air.
- Hard to block because of speed.

Cons:
- Leaves you open for attacks when arm is raised.
- Hard to direct if targets are up very close.

When I would use it:
I'd use it to take out multiple clones and to intercept weapons in mid-air.

How to counter it:
How I would counter it is while the user has their arm up, I quick dash towards them and attack before they release any lightning.

Perform it:
I hold my right arm and raise it. I then start to gather my Raiton chakra and shoot it to me hand. My palm then starts to glow a pale yellow and static is buzzing round my hand. I then release the lightning, manipulating them into horns, shooting straight towards your clones, making them poof after being electrocuted.

( Raiton: Inazuma ken Fudou ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation

Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s.

Channel your raiton chakra into your sword, doing this will increase it's cutting. Then levitate your sword into the air, and focus your ration chakra to multiply the sword making two physical copies that you will manipulate to spin. Control these swords to fly towards my clone.

Pros:
- Able to slice normal weapons, without anything infused, in half.
- Does damage by stabbing them, but also by using lightning to essentially fry them.
- Can hit more than one target.

Cons:
- Easy to see them coming.
- Can be intercepted while in the air.

How I would use it:
Again if the user was using shadow clones or if there was more than one enemy. Also, I could use this tech to distract the enemy by them looking at the swords, then I could dash towards them and take them out.

How to counter it:
By intercepting the swords in mid-air or when they are being duplicated. By using a wall technique or creating a clone to be the target.

Perform it:
I take my sword out the sheath and grip it with my right hand, I then start channeling my Raiton chakra and pump it into my sword. Once my sword is glowing a bright yellow, I let go of my grip and levitate it in the air with my left hand while duplicating it twice. Once the swords are ready, I release them. The swords fly through the air and all 3 of them hit the clone, horizontally.

( Raiton: Denki Railanshō ) - Lightning Release: Electric Discharge Palm

Description: The user will manipulate their lightning chakra in their dominant hand generating electrical bolts of lightning around their forearm and they then jump into the air. The user will then land slamming their palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to 5 meters.

Gather your raiton chakra in your dominant hand, then manipulate the chakra to create lighting bolts around your forearm, then I want you to jump up into the air, then you will land on the ground slamming your palm on the ground causing an electrical energy to be discharged sending out lighting bolts into the ground and around you up to 5 meters.

Pros:
- Can hit targets within a 5 metre radius.
- No hand seals.

Cons:
- While in mid-air you are left vulnerable.
- Again, while you're in mid-air and falling, you cannot decide not to finish to move or dummy as you are alread committed to the technique.

How I would us it:
I would use it if the enemy was forming a technique around them, for example: Hidan's death jutsu, so I could eradicate the ground around him to stop the technique.

How to counter it:
To counter it I would use an earth jutsu to send some of the surface flying upwards as to intercept the user of the technique in mid-air so the ground around me wouldn't be affected.

Perform it:
I stand still, grabbing my right forearm while channeling my Raiton chakra around my body. Once I have needed my Raiton chakra I channel it straight to my right hand, static and bolts coursing off. I then jump in the air, still grabbing my forearm. Once I'm starting to fall, I turn upside down and put my right hand infront of me. Once my right hand makes contact with the floor, it starts to crack and thunderbolts are sent all around me.

( Raiton no Heki ) – Lightning Release Wall

Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user manipulates their chakra and then releases it in front of them whilst holding their hands out and they generate a wall of lightning energy that can defend against certain techniques. The user can use this defence to shock enemy targets who attempt close range combat and deliver a small electrical shock that can temporarily reduce their physical capabilities.

Gather up your raiton chakra, then release it from your hands, in the form of a wall, the can be used for defense or to shock targets.

Pros:
- Technique can deflect attacks as well as well as equipment.
- No hand seals.
- Easy to perform.

Cons:
- Even though can inflict minor damage, not actually an attack and just a defense technique.
- Only should really use it if have too.

How I would use it:
If tools or enemy techniques were being sent towards me :/

How to counter:
Dodge around it and attack from enemy blind spots, or use a technique better than C-rank.

Perform it:
I circulate the jolting ration chakra around my body, once it has been brewed and kneaded, I send it to my hands. From I hands I release a static, electric wall of lightning, blocking everything within its path.

Description: The user sends an electrical essence into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location.

Send your raiton chakra into the clouds, then manipulate the chakra in the clouds to create lighting strikes, aim them at my clones.

- Hard to dodge.
- Uredictable for the enemy.

Cons:
- Long technique to perform.
- Can't hit targets long range.

How I would use it:
I'd use it if I had time to perform and think, also if I had protection, possibly by setting up a wall technique then performing this one.

How to counter it:
- Get out of range.
- Use a technique like Yamato's wood shield.
- Hit the oppenent before they can perform it.

Perform it:
I circulate my Raiton chakra, feeling the static impulses in my body. I then funnel all my Raiton chakra into the clouds. I then craft and knead the lightning into the clouds and then bring down a rain of of thunderbolts down onto the area of your clones, creating black destruction marks on the ground.
