we all know those characters from naruto that can use Lgithning Element.. so which of them is the best..... C'mon guys Let me hear it........

Kakashi developed the jutsu that got sasuke started in lightning style, so Kakashi is higher than Sasuke in my opinion. but raikage and Bee, their pretty good too. I'm not sure

Darui is a good user too, and he also has storm release....
