Ok well first off tell me everything you know about Lightning release, ways to use it, strengths and weaknesses characters who specialize in it etc.
Lightning is strong against Earth because it can break it apart, allowing it to travel through. Lightning is weak to Wind though because it stops the electricity. Lightning can be used with Water to make it stronger, and it can also be used with Fire, creating clouds to draw natural lightning energy from. Lightning is the release associated with Cloud Ninjas. Popular shinobi that use Lightning are Kakashi and Sasuke.

Wind is a poor conductor of electricity and can disperse the particles rather easily thus making it a strong weapon to use against lightning techniques. Earth with it's slow steady make-up is easily destroyed by Lightning's quick moving energy thus making it strong against Earth. The fire creating natural thunderclouds is caused by the heat of the flames and forming from water vapor carried by powerful upward air currents.

We will work on getting you in touch with your Lightning chakra *forms a hand seal and creates a lightning storm in our area causing rumbling thunder sounds and lightning strikes off in the distance.
I'd like you to sit down and meditate as you focus on the storm churning around you. I want you to channel out your chakra and try to mimic it with the Lightning itself. Describe how you feel your chakra change, don't worry this normally takes some time so go slow.
I'd like to know a little more about lightning and water and how they work together and some techniques about it

Water is an excellent conductor of electricity making it easy for it's energy to spread into the water (in the RP this means an extra range in the lightning jutsu you use, if you shoot a short-mid lightning technique into a water source it'll reach up to Long range in the water, if you shoot a short range lightning technique under water it'll hit anything up to mid away in the water) using lightning of course adds another level of lethality to water techniques because if you even touch the water while electrified it'll travel into the body and paralyze or kill. Be extremely careful when using lightning while you are standing on a water source, even though it is made of your chakra if your release lightning from you and are standing on water and the lightning hits the water within range of you it'll conduct into your feet and harm you.
A common water/lightning combo is a water projectile like Water Bullet (varying ranks) or a torrent of water from the mouth and the B rank lightning jutsu Wave of Inspiration because it is a quick moving forward current meaning you can continue expelling water from your mouth while using this and the water will carry the energy away from you making it so you don't hurt yourself in the process.

After my sensei hands me a small piece of parchment, I once again go into my state of meditation. While holding the paper in front of me with both hands, I force my lightning chakra down both arms and into the paper. The paper crumples up in my hands.

Good, next we'll focus it into something a bit different then chakra paper as it's naturally chakra conductive it was easy to fill with chakra. a natural item won't absorb chakra that easy *hands you a rock* now flow your lightning chakra into this rock (big enough to need to be held with two hands) until it cracks into pieces.
I take the rock from sensei and hold it in both of my hands directly in front of me. I go into an intensely focused state to complete my task. I force even more of my chakra down my arms and through the rock. After straining for a while I succeed in cracking the rock and breaking it apart.

I gather a medium amount of chakra into both of my hands and slam down into the ground with both of my palms. A radius of electricity pulses through the ground driectly in front of me
