You shocked yourself because i said stay focus on concentrating your lightning chakra. You supposed to let the rock hit you and you wouldn't know the rock was coming if you was really concentrating on your lightning chakra. Try it over again

If you know water jutsu, use one of the jutsus then send lightning through the water to make a water/lightning combo
