lightening is one of the product of chakra. the chakra type is unique to people from the hidden cloud but through mixed marriages the chakra is almost in every village. the user of lightening projects his chakra at a very fast rate and high frequency to produce lightening. Must lightening users can project their lightening into objects so as to make the faster and create a greater piecing effect.

sorry again for the replies schooling in Nigeria can be very stressful
lightening is strong against earth, weak against wind and it can be combined with water
