I have many of them, but this is the greatest I can think of so far,
*I make 2 clones* as they use:
(Suiton: Gufuu Suika) - Water Style: Typhoon Water Vortex
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: ‘Wind Style: Rasengan’ and ‘Water Style: Destruction Torrent’ combo that makes a tornado of water that can be used to attack or defend. Can also be used to drown out wind and fire combos (no water source required).
and I follow them with raiton :
doragon-ken ) lightning style : dragon blade
Rank: S
Type: Attack/Defense
Range: short-long
Chakra Cost: 40 ( - 15 for each turn its in use )
Damage Points: 80
Description: by charging the user's lightning chakra, he shall focus it in an blade like huge dragon shaped lightning from his hand " like an dragon chidori spear " but it can be moved like huge link to so that its flicks able if the user want to, and can make huge damages to the opponent , and perfect against others earth jutsus.
~ can only be user 1 times in a battle ..
~ cant stay more then two turns
~ - 10 for each time its in use for the user's health " because it injures his hand

There are some major flaws within you attack. If a Opponent uses, something like Pressure Damage, it could pretty much stop the whole combo right there.
also you don't want to become predicatible which i've been told I've become.
people will learn to counter you quickly.
That's the flaw in becoming a OPed Raiton Master.
but when you do.. you can achieve a attack like this.
I start by using,
(Raiton: Ion Denka Soujuu) Lighting Release: Ion Charge Manipulation
*Rank: S
*Type: Supplementary
*Range: N/A
*Chakra: 40
*Damage: 10 (damage added to lightning)
*Description: User Manipulates the ionic charge of their body and the area around the opponent. For Three Turns the user’s Lightning techniques have an extra kick and attack much faster. Ranged lightning attacks gain homing properties making them unavoidable. In addition the users speed is increased due to the charge and the user can also channel this charge into weapons like kunai making them seek out the opponent in the air even after being deflected, or repel weapons away from themselves.
*Can only be used 2 times in battle*
*+10 dmg to Lightning attacks*
*While charged, the user is weaker to water attacks (-10 damage)

instant kill to anybody who is in it for 3 turns
Description:the user creates an extremely powerful electrical storm which contains millions of high voltage lightning bolts that don't have a particularly strong "punch" to them unlike jutsu like kirin, but these lightning bolts go into the opponents bodies and begins overloading their nerve system's, instantly killing them if they remain in the storm for 3 turns. anybody who is in it can only use 2 jutsu a turn.
Note: this effects EVERYONE who is in the storm including the user
the user can only use this once a battle.
All The bolts from the MindStorm I created goes directly to your clone extremely fast killing him in what would've been 3 turns in one....
train me on some jutsus and combos of lightening, that would be considered oped, wanna me to try that combo out?. to bad I don't get to use that combo often. lol.
but newayz.. lets see to make you OPed hw do you think we should do this..?

Ok, you have so many customs that includes raiton, and you used to use your Raikage and Bee bios to make them stronger, you created multi strategies over raiton usage with your customs and knowledge, you use it all the time actually xd .Hmm, no first we need to get some things straight.

<___< yeah I do use em all the time, which is why i'm thinking of new ones at the moment. I've totally neglected the other elements which is never good. But anyways....
When trying to become powerful, the thing about Raiton is its extremly easy to make supplementary ninjutsu for it, and because of that, you increse the amount of power one single technique has. When I use Raiton... I stack multiple Supplementary abilities. and because of that.. the opponent has no way of blocking them... even if they use a wind technique my Raiton would stil continue through... and because of that the opponent is forced to dodge or face being hit by the jutsu. because they only have those two options, you can possibloy set up for more techniques.
Now then.. was Raiton your first element?
I didn't understand the following sentence: "you can possibloy set up for more techniques"
and yes, I thought that I have told you that before. and I have two lightening customs so far, the dragon and an B rank double sabers technique which is not that strong, but it uses swords so its good for people like cali.
shall we start already man, I really need to get this going, however, I must concentrate on understanding everything as well, so suspect questions popping up from nowhere sometimes xd

Sorry, I meant you can possibly set them up so your next attack either kills them or moves them closer to thier defeat. because at that time you can pretty much predict what they'll do next.
and sure. first things first though <_< are you trying to learn from the jutsu list.. or what.. ? I guess that's the only thing thats confusing me..
I have already mastered lightening usage "as I told you on msn" but I need to become oped at it, by making oped combos from your customs and mine and with some of the jutsulist jutsus that I already learned, I also want to learn to use lightening to counter other attacks and attack them at the same time, and oped things like that.

I see, well then.. I'm not keen on teaching my customs to anyone, and some of the jutsu I do use aren't mine to teach.. another one of mine is a Cannon move.
So lets see, ....
We will fight strictly using Lightning and one other element.
I will be using, Lightning & Fire.
