-Water is a colorless and odorless compound consisting of Hydrogen and Oxygen and the most abundant compound found on the Earth. In the Narutoverse, it is also an element that can be manipulated into certain shapes,sizes, and viscositys with the use of chakra.
-In our world, water is an essential nutrient of human life, used for sustenance, sanitation, and even plays a role in powering our cities and devices.
-Within the Narutoverse, 3 Shinobi who were renown as water users are; Tobirama Senju, Kisame Hoshigaki, and Zabuza Momochi.
-Elements that are weak against suiton are katon justsus most notably and elements that may overpower/hinder suiton are doton and raiton. Doton, specifically, may be used to stop suiton techniques if a large doton structure is created to obstruct the suiton technique. Raiton may also allow the enemies suiton technique to backfire against them, acting as a current through which the users Raiton technique may channel through.

Not entirely sure with that combination, but I believe that the Wind infused water would increase the water's killing/destructive capabilities.

*I nod in accordance, and direct myself towards the crystal clear pond. I step inside of the pond, one foot after the other, the cool, calming water is up to the middle of my calf muscle on my leg. I then await eagerly for further instruction.*
*I bend down slightly, and gently place my hands into the cool water. I then close my eyes and begin to sway my arms back and forward methodically. As I do this, I begin to hear the water's subtle noises; It is gentle, versatile, and able to adapt and flow through what ever crack or obstacle that lies in it's path. I begin to understand that the water's ability to flow carelessly but with strong purpose stems from the power that I'm certain it holds. As I realize this, I then open my eyes calmly and slowly pull my hands out of the water. I carefully begin to examine the interaction between the water dripping from my hands rejoining itself into the pond, and I come to the conclusion that this is very similar to what it means in order to truly understand the water element; That I must always treasure the new found bond that I have discovered with water, and very similarly like the drops of water rejoining itself with the pond, I must become one with suiton. I prop up completely at this point, and give Light-sempai a confident nod of understanding.*
*I turn towards the pond and begin by raising one of my hands up in order to commence with the manipulation of the water. I focus on the water persistently and as a small portion of the pond's water begins to rise up slowly I then proceed to forcibly push the risen water so that it creates a small wave that travels outward. The wave then settles as the pond's water is stirred abruptly.*

Ok, now that you know how to channel your chakra and make the water ripple, i would like you to do a simple technique that can be very useful. I would like you to harness your suiton chakra and create small objects such as small waves, shield, and blasts of water. Ok first i would like you to consecrate and try not to breathe so hard and at a fast pace, just take slow breaths and think. Think of how the water feel, its texture, its strength and weaknesses. Now i would like you to send your chakra through the water. If you decide to make a shield, make sure to use shape manipulation to change the shape of the water. Ok now try it. That was great, but starting now i would like you to give me ways to counter and how this technique is useful.

*I begin by focusing on my breathing pattern, slowing it down accordingly so that I'm completely prepared to execute the move. Once I've adjusted my breathing, I begin to send my suiton chakra into the water through my hands, lifting the water upwards, I manipulate it towards me so as to create a water shield and once the water reaches me I use shape manipulation in order to have the water neatly protecting me in the front. Once I've done this and I know that I've completed the task I then manipulate the water back into the water source from where it came from, and let out a sigh of relief.*
Advantages: This technique is useful because the user may utilize it as either an offensive move with the creation of the water blasts or as a defensive move with the creation of the water shield. It requires no hand seals and so the prep time for this technique is shorter when compared to others.
Disadvantages: This technique could be countered by the user's opponent if they were to somehow block out the existing water source in the battle area or if the user's opponent were to use a lightning technique to counter it.

*I begin by assimilating my suiton chakra into my left hand, once I've gathered enough I then utilize shape manipulation in order to form release it and turn the chakra into a water sword. When the sword is completely formed I then begin to assimilate suiton chakra into my right hand. Once I've gathered enough I then manipulate the water chakra outwards, with my right hand extended, creating a shield of water. Once the shield is entirely formed I then hastily run up to a nearby rock structure. The structure is about my height and has the approximate density of a human. I then slash the sword across the structure, cutting it in half.*
Advantages: When used together, these two jutsu's both form a phenomenal attack and defense. The sword has the same properties as a regular sword and so if the user were to be in dire need of a cutting weapon, this would be the perfect technique to use. Likewise, if the user needed something from which to shield themselves, they could utilize the water shield in order to repel incoming projectile weapons such as kunais and shuriken. The shield may also be used to push the user's enemy back/block the enemies punches or kicks if the opponent were trying to use taijutsu on them.
Disadvantages: If the user were to be going up against an opponent that specialized in long distance combat then the sword would be rendered ineffective. The shield might not be able to block against lightning techniques or high level jutsus. Moreover, the description only specifies that the shield may block projectile weapons and taijutsu based attacks solely, and so this reinforces how ineffective the shield will be when going up against an incoming jutsu.

I'd use this technique in a situation where my enemy would be at a close proximity to where I could injure them with the sword. If my enemy were to be attacking me with taijutsu then I would use the sword to slash them and the shield to block any incoming attacks. Furthermore, if I were in need of a sword in order to combat at my enemies' sword attacks quickly, then this jutsu would come in handy.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
I want you to focus your suiton chakra, using shape manipulation to change it into the gas state. As you do this you will create a mist. This mist is hard to see through but can bee see by Dojutsu users like Sharingan, Byakugan etc.
