I concentrate my lightning chakra into my hands, once stored I release it through my palms and use shape manipulation to make the lightning appear in the form of whips. I then start hitting random things with the whips for a while before I remember where I am and let them disappear so I can move on.

I begin by concentrating my mind on thinking of the shape of a dog (A husky to be exact.) Once I feel the picture is clear enough in my mind I generate my lightning chakra and divert its flow into my right hand. I thenrelease the chakra through my hand as a stream of lightning, before it reaches to far I bring back the mental image of the dog and use shape manipulation in order to project this image into the lightning and mold the lightning into a hound that runs across the ground as I continue to hold its lead.

I concentrate the flow of my chakra into my mouth whilst vibrating it rapidly, once I feel a tingle of lightning at the back of my throat I release the chakra from my mouth in the form of a lightning spear, the spear then split into four smaller spears and stab into the ground before disappearing.

First off I concentrate on having a clear mental picture of myself, once I am happy with the picture I release chakra out of my body and shape it into the form of myself, creating a perfect lightning copy of me. I then destroy the clone and it is replaced by a silhouette of lightning.

I take the sword from you and grip it tightly in my hand, testing it weight and balance beforestarting the technique. I then begin to channel my lightning chakra through the blade giving it a light blue glow I bring the blade closer to me and I can hear a faint humm of electricity flowing through the blade.

Holding the lightning blade at my side I raise my free hand into the sky letting more lightning chakra run through it. I then release my chakra into the sky shocking my opponent.
(Is this another lightning bolt style attack? or is it an instantaneous shock?)

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.

Take out 2 large shuriken or 2 windmill shuriken and channel your lightning chakra into both. This is done just like you would a normal kunai or a sword like you did with the previous technique. The only differences is that you will be able to control the path of the shuriken with a thin virtually unseen cable, and when the shuriken hit an opponent, it causes paralysis to their body.

First I take out two windmill shuriken and begin to channel my raiton chakra into them, As I throw them I retain connection to them through a thin wire which I use to send them shooting into the ground sending a paralyzing shock out of them on contact.

I concentrate my lightning chakra into my hands before releasing it forwards into the air ahead of me, A purple current is shot out in front of me which electrifies the opponents inside and sends them flying back out out short range.

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow however the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

Not unlike lightning Strike armor as far as protection goes, create a circular barrier of lightning around your body. It moves right along with you, and would be better used to combo with water attacks as well. It remains active for 3 turns.

Description: The user manipulates their lightning chakra condensing into a orb of chakra and then releasing it into mid air. The lightning orb will then remain in the air for several seconds releasing a continous rain of lightning bolts shocking any enemy within the radius of the attack.

Channel your lightning chakra into a ball (Not unlike Rasengan) in your hand, then throw the orb into the air (or you can simply manipulate your chakra to levitate the ball without having to risk the movement of actually throwing it). Use that manipulation to allow it to hang suspended in mid air. If an opponent gets close to you, order lightning bolts to be shot from the orb towards the opponent until it is destroyed.

I begin to concentrate chakra throughout my body vibrating it rapidly inside me to form lightning chakra. Once the chakra is converted I send it into my hands before releasing it out through my palms, manipulating it into a ball as it's released, I then throw this ball into the air where it remains suspended. As I throw the ball up I send lightning chakra all around my body and then jolt my whole body releasing the lightning chakra in this motion, The lightning comes out all around me forming a mobile protective barrier on all sides of my body.

Ok. Thats it for B Ranked Lightning. There is another jutsu. but it requires Chidori to know first....which will be the first jutsu that I teach you in A Ranked. Now Just your Applied Science.

I begin by channeling doton chakra into the ground, I send it away from me and underneath my opponent. When it reaches my opponent it turns the floor beneath him into a river of mud sweeping him off his feet. I then do the same with Suiton chakra, causing a large amount of Water to rise from the ground and mix with the mud river, increasing it's speed of flow and making the waves bigger and more powerful. Whilst my opponent is stuck in this predicament I form a ball of lightning in my hand which I then release into the air. The ball begins to shoot out lots of small lightning bolts at the opponent and around him. The ones that hit him have the normal piercing/ paralysing effect and the ones that miss simply electrify the water and make escape harder as well as increasing the damage done by the waves.

Also, I have my custom element ideas. But one of them is like sound but a bit different, do they have to be completely original? I don't really like the cannon sound ones and mine's more based on soundwaves in a physical form. I also want to create Light as an element but it would be similar to lightning you think these would be allowed?
One last thing, If I make an element that's based on say... Fire and Water do I have to have mastered both of the base elements first?)

Now onto A Ranked Lightning. Raiton: Chidori) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.

A technique that needs no introduction. Chidori, known for its loud bird chirping sound. Perform the required 11 handseals while channeling lightning chakra into your hand. Try to compress that lightning chakra into ball. The ball should emit sparks of lightning out of the ball. Its penetrating force is quite deadly, and requires speed in order to use this accurately.
Chidori must also be performed in order to successfully use Kirin in order to guide the lightning towards an opponent.

(Raiton: Fusei Shuriken Chidori Jutsu ) - Lightning Release: Rigged Shuriken One Thousand Birds Style

I begin by channeling lightning chakra all throughout my body, feeling the tinge of lightning flowing through my veins I quickly perform the hand seal sequence Ox > Rabbit > Monkey > Dragon > Rat > Bird > Ox > Snake > Dog > Tiger > Monkey before clutching onto my right wrist with my left hand. With this motion I release lightning chakra out of my right hand and manipulate it into a ball of lightning which I hold in my hand as it begins to screech and spit of blue sparks of lightning from its core. I then lower my hand to my side and run forward at full speed, dragging the hand along the floor as I go, ripping up the dirt as I travel. I then stop running and pull out a shuriken with my left hand, I place the shuriken into my active chidori, channeling the chidori through the shuriken. As I throw the shuriken it adopts the blue grow and chirping sound that previously eminated from my palm. The shuriken lodges itself into a nearby tree.

Chidori Nagashi...a sasuke jutsu. This chidori is more internal. Instead of charging it in your hand, you charge it throughout your entire body. This technique is used to get out of Genjutsu of B ranked or Lower. It requires no handseals.

You do not need to perform chidori before you use this jutsu (Meaning this jutsu is used to perform chidori, you dont have to make it one of your three moves and waste a jutsu), however the handseals are still needed for it. 11 if you dont have lightning mastered, 1 if you do. Perform Chidori and then shoot out multiple lightning needles(Senbon) from the chidori towards your opponent.

Just like Chidori Senbon, however you will perform chidori and then use shape manipulation to turn it into a long spear that extends from your hand and towards your opponent. This happens extremely quickly.

First of all I perform the chidori hand seal sequence again Ox > Rabbit > Monkey > Dragon > Rat > Bird > Ox > Snake > Dog > Tiger > Monkey, once finished I repeat my movements from performing the original chidori attack in regard to arm movement etc. when I reach the stage of having to manipulate the chidori into a ball in my hand however I instead manipulate it into countless lightning senbon which I shoot into the air ahead of me.

Following the same template from before I perform the hand seal sequence then raise my hand in front of my face before releasing my lightning chakra out through it. Using shape manipulation I force the chidori out of my hand in the form of a long spear which extends out of my arm extremely quickly splitting as it reaches the target and stabbing into a nearby tree with ease forming multiple small holes to from through the trunk.

It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Perform a few handseal and then place your hand onto the ground. Send lightning chakra through your hand and into the ground towards your opponent. As it travels, use shape manipulation to turn the bolt into a triangle shape arrow head.

I start by concentrating lightning chakra throughout my body, I then send the chakra streaming through me and into my hands. When I fill the build up in my hand I drop my knees and slam my hands down on the ground. As I do this lightning proceeds to exit my body, ripping through the floor as I manipulate it to form an arrow head with my opponent at the point.

I then re-concentrate lightning chakra all around my body before sending vast amounts of it flowing into my left hand. As I release the lightning from my hand I begin to squeeze it into a small ball of compressed lightning energy which I then release suddenly. Causing a large explosion to rain out around me.

Perform the 4 required handseals and summon 4 large pillars made of earth that surround your opponent trapping them in the middle. Then cause lightning to come out of the pillars and strike your opponent.

Channel lightning chakra that will spiral around your body until it becomes a tornado of lightning. It will then be traveling so quickly that it will actually pick up the wind as well. Then use shape manipulation to form a dragon head from the lightning to attack your opponent.

I concentrate my chakra throughout my body before performing the hand seal combination Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger, (Not sure if your explanation was for the right technique so I'm gonna do both ways xD) four or sixteen pillars burst from the ground, then I send my lightning chakra into the pillars and cause them to shoot out lightning, turning the pillar combination into a sort of human sized over.

I concentrate my chakra all through my body and vibrate it rapidly turning it to lightning chakra. I release this lightning chakra from my body and manipulate it to turn into a vortex around me. I then shape the chakra into the form of a dragons head which sits in the air in front of me. The dragon head then flies toward you clone and completes my attack.

(Does the dragon's head move to attack or is the dragon head forming in front of me the attack?
