making thunderstorms form within the clouds. Lightning starts building up within the clouds and you can hear the thunder roaring from within it. Lightning then begins to strike the area nearby but not close enough to do any harm to Ino and Hazama.

Lightning is the ultimate form of static electricity, The particles of Ice and water rubbing against each other inside the warm air current become charged. Once formed the charge in the cloud splits and throws positive energy downward and negative energy upward. Once a significant seperation has built up the cloud induces a positive charge in the ground, lightning is formed between the cloud and these positive energy points almost in the style of a childs dot to dot puzzle. Using step leaders to make its way to the ground. Lightning appears not to be straight as the step leaders follow the most dust free, clear route to the ground not the simplest. As the spark is very hot, as much as 20,000 degrees, it heats the air quickly causing a shock wave and thunder. Light travels very fast 186,000 miles per sec. Sound only at 1 mile for 4.5 secs. To find out how far away the storm is count after the lightning for every 4.5 secs the storm is 1 mile away.
In the narutoverse, ninja are able to mould there chakra into this form through rapid vibrations and can then use it in numerous ways such as, Infusing it into weapons to paralyze when connection is made with the opponent, to increase their movement speeds and attack with added piercing damage.
Due to the high control that the ninja have, chakra lightning does not move as quickly as true lightning.
In tangent with the other elements lightning proves strong against earth style chakra as it can easily pierce through and travel through it cracking the ground apart but weak against Wind style chakra as wind is a known natural insulator of electricity.
One could use lightning with other elements in multiple ways including...
Water: Lightning can be used to electrify water.
Fire: Fire can be used in order to heat the skies quickly and produce thunderclouds over head in preparation for the use of powerful lightning techniques. (As demonstrated by Sasuke in his use of 'Kirin')
Earth: A ninja using an earth style attack could use lightning to break the earth being used in order to create hundreds of small attacks as opposed to a single big one or if the opponent simply tries to dodge the original attack lightning could break the earth sending it flying and covering a bigger radius allowing for a hit all be it weaker.
Wind: (Don't be dissapointed but I really can't think of any combined use for these!! :'(

These is Chakra Paper. they react to the 5 elements. When lightning chakra is applied, the leaf should become soaked with scrunch up making multiple ridges and wrinkling the paper. . I want you to meditate on your lightning chakra while holding the leaf in your hand to make it scrunch.

Hold the leaf in your right hand and place your left hand on top of it to prevent the leaf from escaping.

Takes the leaf from Hazama with her right hand before placing her left hand over the top of it carefully. I close my eyes and concentrate on the crackle and roar of the clouds above before channeling that feeling into my chakra, sending my chakra into my hands I begin to feel a warmth and a buzz in my palms. After a few seconds I release my left hand and open my eyes, revealing a scrunched up wrinkly piece of chakra paper.

Now, normally, Kunai travel at a decent speed when thrown with a lot of force by a ninja.

*Throws the kunai towards a tree about 10 meters away from us*

However when enhanced with lightning chakra, a kunai travels at a much faster speed.

*Takes out another kunai and channels lightning chakra into it, then throws it at the same tree at the other.*

As you can see, not only does it travel at an extreme speed, but also its penetrating force. Now you don't want to perform this with an ex tag or anything else attached to the kunai as it will destroy the tag. Destroying an ex tag would cause it to blow up, taking your arm with it.

I take the kunai you hand me in my left hand and begin to concentrate my chakra into that hand. I pull back my arm, then as I swing my arm forward to complete the throwing motion I release the lightning chakra out and into the Kunai, visibly electrifying the blade. I release the kunai at the end of the motion and it flies into the tree that yours is in.

Description: The user will concentrate their chakra and slam their hand on the ground to release a surge of lightning across the ground to the opponents feet to shock them.

I want you to focus your lightning chakra on your hands, you will then slam them against the ground to release a surge of lighting across it.

Strong points

• Low chakra cost and low rank mean it can be performed very quickly and many times.
• Travels quickly and doesn't leave a lot of time for the opponent to set up a defense or consider there next move.
• By shocking the opponents feet you would restrict movement and disorientate the muscles in the legs.

Weak points

• Low rank means that it can be easily beaten by other techniques.
• Short range makes it hard to use in battle as a lot of fights take place at mid to long range. Also being at short range doesn't leave a lot of room for thought or missing as you can be countered easily.
• Can be dodged easily as it is only a small path, a movement to the left or right or a jump could avoid it.
• Requires excellent timing to be used well.

Combinations-strategies
As this is an attack based on the ground, it would work very well if on water terrain as it would spread and electrify with ease. A water steam attack could also provide a very good platform for this attack. Water streams would keep to the original surge along the floor type nature of the lightning attack but would extend its range and spread the damage more.
You could combine this attack with earth as this one sticks to the ground, and follows its own path, as the opponent went to dodge it you could move the ground to the opponent and make the attack still connect without the opponent expecting it.
Lightning also cracks earth so this attack could be used to create cracks in the ground and make the surface underfoot uneven for the opponent at mess up their footwork.

Ways to counter:
To counter this attack one could move/bend the earth and change the attacks path or build a barrier. Use a wind attack to block this one or change its path and send it back toward the opponent in a strong current. Move to the left or right. Jump over it.

So sempai, what exactly was it that you want to train me anyway?

I concentrate my chakra into my hands making it vibrate quickly as it builds, converting it into lightning natured chakra. Once I feel the necessary buzz within my fingers and palms I quickly slam my palms against the floor releasing a surge of lightning shooting across the ground toward your clones feet. When it reaches it the lightning begins to crackle and burn aswell as causing minor paralysis.

Hmmmm, Songbird. I think I like that better than InoPwned. You should consider joining Iwa. I'd be able to battle train you better than simply just doing elemental training. Give it some thought.

I begin by clenching my fists at my sides and forcing the flow of my chakra to speed up causing vibrations throughout my body converting it into lightning chakra. Once converted I slow the flow of chakra and steady it making sure there is an even flow all around me. Once I feel ready I jolt my body and release a pulse of lightning chakra from all my body parts simultaneously. The lightning sticks around me creating a sort of shield of lightning chakra.

Strong points

• - Full body coverage (No blind spots) -
• - Can be formed quickly and easily which makes it a good defence in difficult/ desperate situations -
• - Can be used both offensively and defensively
• - Instant power-up on any water attack you use that doesn't require a water source/ is sent from the mouth
• - (Would having this field of lightning around your body up movement speed? or is that just a very concentrated field of chakra?)

Weak points

• - Makes incoming water style and wind style techniques incredibly dangerous as they would mix and hit you harder -
• - Can be easily out-powered by the vast majority of other techniques -
• - Prevents the use of user originated earth style techniques as they would break as soon as they passed through your shield -

Combinations-strategies
Give yourself the lightning shield then quickly after release a water projectile or stream at your opponent. The water would pass through the lightning field as it left you and become electrified water.
Grab the opponent in order to not let them escape and use the technique offensively as a kind of electric chair style attack.

Ways to counter:
Release a wind style technique toward the opponent, which would pick up speed as it reached the lightning field and become very hard to dodge.
Release a water style jutsu at the opponent, much like the offensive use of this same tactic but reversed.
Get out of range as it is a short ranged technique.

Now this technique is very similar to the one you just learned.

I begin by concentrating the chakra thorughout my body as I did with the last technique but layers the chakra heavier so that it will become better use as an offensive technique exploding on contact. Once I have built up significant chakra all over I release it into the atmosphere as a lightning shield.

Strong points
- Full body coverage (No blind spots) -
- Can be formed quickly and easily which makes it a good defence in difficult/ desperate situations -
- Can be used both offensively and defensively
- Instant power-up on any water attack you use that doesn't require a water source/ is sent from the mouth
- Can knock your opponent back, giving you breathing/ thinking room and offering time to set up your next attack.


Weak points
- Makes incoming water style and wind style techniques incredibly dangerous as they would mix and hit you harder -
- Can be easily out-powered by the vast majority of other techniques -
- Prevents the use of user originated earth style techniques as they would break as soon as they passed through your shield -
- Sometimes you may want to keep your opponenet close, which means this would limit use of this attack. It's a short range attack that defeats the short range element with knock back.

Combinations-strategies
Give yourself the lightning shield then quickly after release a water projectile or stream at your opponent. The water would pass through the lightning field as it left you and become electrified water.
Grab the opponent in order to not let them escape and use the technique offensively as a kind of electric chair style attack.

Yeah I wanted a female Personal Student. To be honest the most respected RPer on this site to me is Liliana. I like the way others RP but Liliana is.......well ruthless for one lol. But she is smart, smarter than most people I know. There is a large gap in between Liliana, Akiza and the next generation girl RPer which were Sin and Leafy, then there is Sindy and M(Dont remember her full name, but she is Liliana's Personal student), and then pretty much another gap to you. And I know another person that wants a female PS as well so it will be you and her. lol.

I concentrate my chakra throughout my body whilst simultaneously making it vibrate quickly inside my body and change into lightning chakra. Once stored evenly throughout my body I begin to concentrate it into certain points inside my stream. I then release these points of chakra and create multiple lightning bolts which shoot toward/into your clone.

Strong points

• - Multiple contact points, spreads the pain and side effects meaning that there is little that the opponent can do with his/her body once hit. -
• - Multiple bolts make it harder to dodge than one single stream/shot. -
• - Having many different things shoot at once from close range gives little reaction time and could result in the opponent not seeing all the shots and allowing one to hit. -
• - Being lightning 'bolts' they have a crooked shape and therefore the wounds caused would be wider than a concentrated attacks. -

Weak points

• - short range makes it hard to use and easy to avoid -
• - Can only be as wide as the users body meaning when used by some it would cover very little space. -

Combinations-strategies
Throw a layer of kunai in front of the bolts with more spread/radius to the throw meaning that the opponent cannot simply dash to the side to avoid the bolts.
Grab the opponent in a sort of hug then release this attack, guaranteed multiple hits and paralysis/disorientation of many muscles at once.
Good for blocking multiple earth bullet attacks.

Ways to counter:
Possibly very easy to dodge as it is short ranged, and doesn't have much spread radius.
Cover the opponent in water as they release the bolts causing them to electrocute themselves quite severely as the multiple bullets would cause the water to electrify evenly throughout.

I want you to make a 3 jutsu combination using at least 1 of the D ranked lightning jutsu and any other cannon jutsu that you may have learned thus far.
