Light element should effect Tobi no matter he is same dimension or parallel.

I was wondering that when Tobi become Transparent means he shift himself into parallel dimension, my point is if he visible its means light is going in that dimension and coming back by refraction, so same like that light element should effect him no matter in which dimension he is.
