The optimistic side of me says: I'd like to think so. A purgatory of sorts, the kind where you wake up, in a bar. All of your late friends or family standing to greet you in their prime, drinks in hand. They tell you to not worry about the petty squabbles you worried about during life, the party just started. Everyone dances, everyone drinks, everyone laughs. And when you wake the next day, no hangover, no loss of memory, just an overpowering feeling of happiness.

But the realistic part of me says that the optimistic side is naive and childish...

Great answer.But why childish, albeit a bit unrealistic,yeah,but not entirely impossible?
It is believed for so many years,it might just be true..

The soul is a type of energy right? Law of energy conversion states that energy cannot be destroyed,so where does it go?

I can believe myself to be a noble and kind king for a life time, but when I look myself in the mirror on my death bed I find only a liar and a jester. Because I believe something does not make it true. It is truly preposterous to think we know wht will happen when we die.

The choice of good and evil? There is no such thing as hell or heaven, That is just silly. There are people who have no choice in this world.

However, I will never deny anyone the right to believe what they wish. It's their respective right to do with their life what they want, whether it be worshipping or working. And I feel pity for anyone who would try to push their beliefs upon someone else.
