Kaminari-gatana: Lightning katana

Type: Weapon - Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Range:Short
Chakra: ( 20 for lightning jutsus rank B and above
deflected, 15 for any Earth jutsu cut)
Damage: N/A
Description: The Lightning blades looks like an ordinary
twin blade,with leather straps surrounding the area
where the
user holds it from, the leather is not ordinary leather as
it is - for an unknown reason it is not able to conduct.
They
have a sharp tip which is useful against opponents at
close range. The dual blade also has the ability to deflect
small Lightning jutsus ranked C and lower without
difficulty.
Furthermore due to its sharp tip the sword is able to
cut through Earth jutsus ranked B and lower.
Note: Lightning deflections counts as one of the users
move.
Note: Lightning deflection jutsu can be used 3 times.
Note: The blade can only be wielded by Devilicious and
those he allows to wield it.
Note: The cutting of Earth jutsus ranked B and lower
counts as a move.
Note: Cutting Earth can only be done 3 times.
Note : I call the blade "Shinjitsu no ken"
It is not actually a jutsu i can perform so just tell me how ill use it and don't forget you have to give it to me.

Seeing the attacks, nemesis quickly waves the lightning katana severally to cut through the earth and also uses it to conduct the lightning into the ground.
Now you, copy and paste the jutsu and also use it to attack the dummy beside me.

( Katon Enjin ) - Fire rings

Description:
The user starts by waving the ram handseal then the user channels his katon chakra from his body to the air around the
target then the user uses the katon chakra to form a body of fire that is shape manipulated into 5 circles of fire(1 above
the target, 1 in front of the target, 1 behind the target, 1 to
the target's right and the last to the target's left) that later rush in to burn the target in the middle at the user's command.
Note
- The circle does not have any space, it is filled with fire.
- Can only be taught by shonnen.
- Can only be done thrice in a battle.
- The jutsu lasts for one round.
Bolin performs the ram handseal dispelling his katon chakra into the air around Shino, before manipulating it to form 5 circles of fire around Shino which comes together to burn him to death in the middle. ~Thanks for the tech~

Noticing the technique, shino quickly switches position with the dummy beside him. are you trying to kill me, i said you should burn the wooden dummy beside me but instead, you wanted to burn me. Anyways congrats then shino walks away.
