small Lightning jutsus ranked C and lower without
difficulty.

cut through Earth jutsus ranked B and lower.
Note: Lightning deflections counts as one of the users
move.

Note: The blade can only be wielded by Devilicious and

Description:
The user starts by waving the ram handseal then the user channels his katon chakra from his body to the air around the
target then the user uses the katon chakra to form a body of fire that is shape manipulated into 5 circles of fire(1 above
the target, 1 in front of the target, 1 behind the target, 1 to
the target's right and the last to the target's left) that later rush in to burn the target in the middle at the user's command.
Note
- The circle does not have any space, it is filled with fire.
- Can only be taught by shonnen.
- Can only be done thrice in a battle.
- The jutsu lasts for one round.

Bolin performs the ram handseal dispelling his katon chakra into the air around Shino, before manipulating it to form 5 circles of fire around Shino which comes together to burn him to death in the middle. ~Thanks for the tech~
