Madara, Itachi, Minato and Naruto have the best chances in here.
Sage Naruto could spam FRS, frog summons, Ma & Pa's song, or turn into Kyûubi and smash the paths like he did in the anime. Minato spam's his Hirashin, and slashes off their heads. Itachi's Amaterasu can be absorbed by the Preta path, and Tsukyumi is useless in this case, but they have nothing against Tôtsuka. Madara might struggle a little bit, but Izanagi plus Space hax' would defeat them.
Danzô and Orochimaru might beat him as well...

But his fighting style doesnt seem suited.
He is strictly as close range fighter and doesnt use many jutsu(from what we know)
Naruto fights similar to him but he would use summons
Having the best chance isnt the question...I said Pain as of March 2011 is the stronget/Complete Ninja, i dont like anyone to beat him...Madara and Minato you can argue maybe Itatchi but Naruto will lose in a fight to the death you already know pain was just trying to capture him...Danzo hell no....so your saying saskue could beat him being that sasuke beat Danzo...Pain would kill them two...Now i cant speak on Orochimaru he hasnt been the same since he fought the Third Hokage, I would love to see Orohchimaru in his prime at full power against pain...
