The fact that Naruto for the most part ignored her existence much like how Sasuke did with Sakura tells you right there. It's about as UNREALISTIC as SasuSaku!

Hell, what I just said about Naruto and Hinata was pretty much verified in The Last: Naruto The Movie where it literally took a genjutstu for Naruto to realise his feelings for Hinata, if it weren't for that, than Naruto would never have gotten with her at all.

If that doesn't count as unrealistic then I don't know what does. Now do not get me wrong, NaruSaku is even more unrealistic, it's about as unrealistic as Choji x Karui which came out of thin air!

Point is, ShikaTema, just like with Krillin x Android 18 aka Lapalis from DBZ are the most realistic pairings you can get.

Personally I very much support SS, but I realize it has it flaws lol....

And siding with them during missions (which you'll again bring) is also more of a responsibility than actually caring. Sakura genuinely cares about everyone. A little bit of customary care shown by Hinata doesn't really impress me that much.

She was crying her eyes out at Neji's funeral, she honestly felt bad for Neji when he was droning on and on about this Hyuga curse BS, she has been shown caring for Kiba and her teammates, she knows to focus on the task at hand... I COULD start talking about how Sakura is focused on Sasuke even while fighting the most dangerous shinobi in the NV, but no that's for another day...

Crying for Neji is natural. She's like a family member to her. When someone close to you dies, you're is grievous, doesn't mean you give similar importance and care to them when they are alive.

Supporting during missions and giving medicine to a team mate is like the least possible customary care anyone could do. Unimpressive!

Also, she doesn't even come close to Sakura when caring about others. Not customary, but genuine. Sasuke is her former comrade, right? But she doesn't give a damn about him or whatever he does. She doesn't bat an eyelash on whatever happens to him. Whereas, Sakura cares about everyone while she loves Sasuke. Wtf, she barely has screen time to show her care for others out of a mission, most of the time she's seen on missions... And at the Chuunin prelim exams, Naruto got far more injuries in the battle than Kiba. Its only natural for somebody to cheer for their crush in a competition/fight... Don't act like Sakura wouldn't do the same.

I find it hard to believe that NH was actually planned from the start. If so, why did Kishi not give them more development during those 15 years? While I acknowledge that he did give hints here and there, the NS development was shown a lot more. He had all that time to further develop their relationship before 700 and the Last movie. As far as that claim he put all those NS hints just to troll fans, I also find that hard to believe and one reason is that I have heard that the final databook does mention that Naruto and Sakura had feelings for each other.

Also, just because a manga-ka writes about an event happening or says something about their series, I think that doesn't necessarily mean it was the right choice or that is true.
