Personal preference. Both have their respective physical attractiveness features, but I think Sakura is the prettier of the two (not talking about sexiness in which Hinata takes the cake). Her facial features are better, personally. And what you think it the prettiest about Hinata (her eyes) is exactly what I think are the ugliest part of her appearance. I don't know why, but those eyes just don't suit her, even though I must be used to it by now.

Also, both have their own personality defects as well. Sakura was crazy obsessed with Sasuke going any limits after someone who tried to kill her multiple times, whereas Hinata's love was much more sensible. But Hinata was selfishly obsessed with Naruto, not giving a damn about anyone other than Naruto, whereas Sakura gave due importance to everyone.

Sakura was stronger and far more useful in battle though. Her medical ninjutsu was just as important as any combat related ability in the battlefied.

Naruto and hinata relationship fine but how they got there is bs. Oh naruto has flashbacks about everything now he suddenly loves hinata that some grade A bs.

She was crying her eyes out at Neji's funeral, she honestly felt bad for Neji when he was droning on and on about this Hyuga curse BS, she has been shown caring for Kiba and her teammates, she knows to focus on the task at hand... I COULD start talking about how Sakura is focused on Sasuke even while fighting the most dangerous shinobi in the NV, but no that's for another day...

It foreshadowed their relationship since Part 1 when they were at the Chuunin Exams. It is not BS and Kishi was phenomenal with the whole pairing.

If I remember correctly, one of the main things Sakura thought about when thinking about Sasuke was how he would call her annoying, and that was their connection
