I think he is going to force Obito to use Kamui, that gives Kakashi the possibility to get another Sharingan [If Madara doesn't crush it]

He can easily force Obito to do it with Black zetsu attached.

Kamui is pretty powerful. Madara could take both eyes for all we know and use them while his rinnegans fuse into the third eye nine tomoe with the power of the shinju he has now.
