Seeing a top 10 list with Chiyo and Temari on it is definitely refreshing. I'd put Chiyo and Orochimaru higher and Itachi and Kisame need to come wayyyy down.

Also at this point in the series there is really no proof that Itachi is above Jiraiya, the Orochimaru one-shot & other such moments honestly confuses the Shippuden power scaling so much haha

Yeah because Itachi got Oro good from past encounter but that A < B < C logic shouldn't necessarily apply to Itachi immediately imo

Also Kakazu I think>kakashi because kakashi was overwhelmed for most of that fight and didnt look like he had a chance of winning at all
1. Jiraiya (literally fodder stomps everyone with feats from this point)

5. 4 tails naruto (would be much higher if didnt fight like an idiot)
7. Kazekage Gaara (should beat deidara and sasuke if didnt need to protect the village)
6. Deidara/sasuke (that battle was all plot deidara could've flown much higher and easily ended it)
7. Oro (in his heath state couldn't beat sasori or deidara and can't touch gaara)

9. Kisama (didnt see much from him yet)
