Probably the first time I've agreed with someone else's Top 10. I'd switch some of them around in your lower ten though, and at this point, you could argue MS Kakashi > Kisame because the latter hadn't shown his 2/3 best techniques. Base Kakashi had a lead of 2 points over Kisame then too...
