All those arcs were rarely Sasuke arcs. They consisted of different shonobi who made those arcs better. Chunin exams arc will always be my favorite cause it was neither a Sasuke arc nor a Naruto arc. It was a arc for K11 to show what they got.

The best ones are sasuke centric that is your opinion, arcs are good because of all characters involved the MCs and the villains. Sasuke and naruto arcs are good not only because of them but because of the villains and others.

The OP makes it seem like the whole story would collapse without sasuke, but that's his opinion and perhaps yours, I have given mine.
