Itachi's level is outdated.Databook ended like 350 chapter ago so 30% of missing where Kakashi improved everything speed, chakra,genjutsu etc...In part 1 MS Itachi defeated 3T Kakashi, in part 2 Kakashi's clone owned Itachi's clone.
Now if Kakashi had to fight him with his war arc feats, Kakashi win.

he knows yet he's been caught before. what susanno is useless? do you know how big it is? it can easily cover distances and its blade and shield is huge. kakashi would tire himself out trying to avoid it
