Just like he was too late when they fought in part 2? Oh wait he wasnt too late. Kakashi knows how to dodge Tsukyomi because he has seen it before, Itachi wont know what to do against Kamui before its over.

How? He is not faster than kakashi. Dont say he is because you cant prove it. Thier speed is even. Thier taijutsu is even as well. Kakashi has a bigger, more diverse ninjutsu at his disposal.
