Ulquoirra is outdated but in the update soon to be out he has main water specialty, with dark specialty and lightning specialty.

Ulquoirra arrived at the destination and without hesitation began the fight by placing his hands together forming a + hand sign and released his chakra summoning forth a shadow clone next to him, The clone ran towards the opponent getting prepared to fight in CQC while Ulquoirra stood there examining the opponent but not before releasing his suiton chakra into the athmosphere covering the area in a thick mist.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Okay so updated training stats are on my profile. Fire first specialty, Raiton second and taijutsu specialist as well.
We forgot about range btw, I will just assume it as mid.
Chelsea saw the guy making '+' handseal and then creating an identical copy of himself near to him. She definitely had a counterattack for it, as she performed the identical move, after making performing identical handseal, creating another copy of herself, which then runs towards your clone, with Kunai in her hand, preparing for CQC.
While the clone is running towards you, she then forms sequence of handseals(Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake), gathering rain clouds which then start raining, with every drop being imbued with her chakra.
She then closes her eyes and then senses your position, carefully, making sure that her next offense is on target.
Then she performs bird handseal and condenses stone from the ground which she then shape manipulates in the form of spikes that rise from the ground, at your left and right hand side and then pierce you down from both sides, heavily damaging you.
Let's see how you counter this one.

Noticing the sudden shadow clone being performed aswell the clone did not stop its movement it kept dashing towards the opponent very quickly pulling out his sword and engaging in a close quarter combat going for several slashes across the clones chest then finishing with a very strong slash down from the start of its next down to its hip.
At the same time as the clone was created the real Ulquoirra gathered his fuuton chakra into his mouth he then jumped into the air and released the chakra out of his mouth beside him sending him flying to the right still which would blow away the mist aswell.

Chelsea sees your clone defeating mine one and running towards with her with killing intent.
Sending clone to fight me, nope, nope, nope
Chelsea claps her hand together and then gathers her wind chakra and then compresses it between her hands. Now she performs shape manipulation and then converts it in the form of powerful gale. She then sends this powerful gale of wind towards your clone, who is now at short range from her. This gale is powerful enough to send your clone away and hence make him disperse. It also clears out the mist around her, if there is anything present, even after your wind jutsu.
She then uses her already falling rain to sense your position correctly.
Okay time to end this
She then waves bunch of handseals(Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram, with Lightning as second specialty, faster handseals) and then places her ground on the ground to release massive amount of electricity which travels through the ground. This chakra pools beneath you and then releases in the form of gigantic column of lightning of 5 meters height which attacks you from just beneath you, shocking you as a result.
She then runs towards you until you are at short range from her and throws two kunais in the process and then performs a single handseal to cancel the previously performed Rain Tiger at will.
