Let me tell you my opinion/fact for Rasengan vs. Chidori

Okay, why are you guys telling me Rasengan > Chidori?
Some of you guys say Chidori > Rasengan.
Wtf? All of that is false. I say Rasengan = Chidori.

Here's an explanation:

Naruto's Rasengan is made by using pure chakra. It has no elements.
We've seen clashes against Naruto and Sasuke and they all ended up canceling each other out somehow. That means Rasengan is powerful enough to counter Chidori, the Jutsu that can pierce through anything.

It can only clash with it and cancel it out. Rasengan can't beat Chidori in a clash.
Now Wind Release: Rasengan is a different story.
Naruto would add his Fuuton chakra to his Rasengan and attack with it.
Since, Fuuton > Raiton, the Fuuton enhanced Rasengan will win.

So for now, Basic Rasengan = Chidori. I rest my case.​

That Raiton armor was from the most durable Ninja in history: The Third Raikage.
He TANKED the Rasenshuriken with NO deep cuts/internal wounds at all.
He was born and raised in a village that specializes in Lightning. His Raiton is unmatched.

That proves nothing. Rasengan releases it's power in a burst but Chidori focuses it to pierce. That's why Rasengan blew the tank apart. Chidori and Rasengan are equal, 5 Kage Summit proved that.

Enton will not "absorb" it.
Enton will "engulf" the Rasenshuriken and make it stronger.
Using Enton against Naruto's Rasenshuriken is pointless.
Naruto can still hold (and throw) an Amaterasu Rasenshuriken.

Sounds like bunch of excuses that go against Wind>lighting and prove my point that the user and his chakra is huge factor in elemental clash.

What does that mean?

It means that water received kinetic energy from spiraling chakra while in case of chidori it was dissipated by both water and metal that conduct electricity?

Chidori is piercing attack and done the job well. Rasengan barely made a hole in that tank, if it hadnt then no explosion would happen at the back side
