Knowing Studio Pierrot, they’ll probably come up with absolutely new designs that’ll invalidate the manga; But I’m going to go out on a limb and choosing the manga design for both cases. What about you guys?

Well since I think Sarada will most likely have her kishi design, so will Naruto's KCM. As such I might as well bet Momo will have his movie design, though manga version is more badass.

The Boruto Director actually liked the Manga design, so i'll go with that.

This, Yamashita said this in an interview so Ikemeto's Fused Momoshiki(which is the better version) is basically confirmed.

What was displayed in the manga,

Cause what was displayed in the movie was, well, already displayed in the movie. Give us something we'd least expect, that's the smart thing to do. I mean, why not?

IKemoto’s momoshiki ofcourse .

I'll laugh if they use Kishimoto's version, the best and true canon version of the Naruto series.
This new Boruto series is Ikemoto' s, and Ike's version of Momoshiki is the canon version of the Boruto series.
I think they can' t go back and use Kishi's version, but they clearly can have fun and make another version given that they don' t care about consistency in this new series.

The fight might possibly go down like in the manga too with Naruto handling it mostly himself

Both Momoshiki designs since both were in the novel/original script.

They can’t display both... but then again, two transformations would milk episodes and completely disregard the manga entirely so I guess it’s prone to happen.

Why not...if they are being more faithful to the Original script, which was supposedly adapted into the novel...then it should have both.

It's basically a rehash of cursed seal transformations anyway.
