Taijutsu - Leo has undergone a very hard taijutsu training which made his very strong and fast, he is stronger and faster than an average ninja
Inuzukas hearing and smell: Because he is a Inuzuka Leo can hear and smell much better then other ninjas. By infusing chakra into his nose he can even smell things which are far away from him locating its location really quickly.

History:
Leo was born in the Inuzuka clan few years before the Kyuubi attacked the village. His dad was from the Inuzuka clan and his mom was from Amegakure, she was one of several paople who managed to escape from there. His parents were killed in the battle against the tailed beast so he actually has no memorys of them. After that incident he got his 2 ninkens with which he started growing up Arcanine and Luxray. They always helped him in everything and they have a great cooperation. They can understand each other even though Arcanine and Luxray can't talk. 2 years before Leo entered the Ninja academy he started learning moves and jutsus together with his ninken. When he was 7 he entered the Ninja Academy. 5 years later when he was 12 years old he finished the acaemy and together with his team entered the chuunin exams. He passed the written test quite smoothly. In the death forest part he did most of the job for his team by acquiring the needed scroll. They were in the 1st teams which managed to pass that part. One of his team members got several injuries and a broken bone so they healed him up as much as they could. In the 1st round he fought against a avarage Kumogakure ninja but using a combination with Arcanine he managed to beat the Kumogakure ninja. In the 2nd round he got almost beated by a ninja who could use smoke, using his great hearing and smell He managed to beat the opponent. Then in the final he battled his injured team member, they had a seevral hour long fight in which Leos opponent collapsed because of pain. Leo was a bit sad because of the way he won the tournament but again happy that he beated his rival. After he won the chuunin exam he challanged a quite old ninja who beated him without any problems in just several moments. At that time Leo realised how much he needs to improve so he decided to leave Konoha so that he can learn and become much stronger. He deided going to Kumogakure where he finished all of his elemental training and learned how to use a bit genjutsu altough he doesn't like using it. When he did all that training he thought that maybe he should get away from any civilization and learn many things just with his 2 ninken. He started wandering around the ninja world searching for strenght. He did enormous amounts of taijutsu training developing his body to a really high state. While training his own body his ninken also wanted to improve so they also did huge amounts of training so that they also improve. In the time in which he was wandering he came in contact with animals known as white lions. He got theyr simpathy and they agreed upon making a contract with him. So he became the owner of the White Lion contract.
After several years Leo started going back to Konoha and on his way there he met a really old man which needed help transporting woods to his house. Leo helped him and stayed at the old mans house for several days to rest a bit better. On the day on which he left the old man came to him and gave him a sword, he told Leo that he was a blacksmith and that he made this sword especialy for Leo.
He thanked the old blacksmith and said that he wants to learn swordmanship but he was dissapointed when he heard that the old man only knows how to make them and has almost no idea about using them. Leo started his way back to Konoha but he was stoped several times by various attackers which wanted his money. Leo defeated them without many problems and entered his hometown Konohagakure again. He was really happy to see his old friends again. He then started searching for a person which would teach him the way of the sword and met a person called Axle which agreed upon teaching him about swordmanship.

Arcanine and Luxray:
They are Leos ninken and they were always there for him. Arcanine is cheerful and very childish and often wants to play around whenever he gets the chance. Luxray is more serious and doesn't like playing around he rather does some training or battles.
