sasuke..........second ninja 2 get the ems nd inheritor of itachi's techs
naruto...............after surpassing minato nd jiraiya, surely he has a name here
nagato had a link to konoha, being an uzumaki.............but i wouldn't put him on the list since its strictly konoha
i won't put kakashi simply cos if i do, then i have to put guy, tsunade e.t.c.
don't get me wrong kakashi is strong but not as strong as the guys up there
