Whereas, Naruto who had 9 bijuus in him was restricted to use any of other 8 bijuus Powers.

Sasuke accepted his defeat so that was not a draw.

Last time when sasuke pulled out a sword against a strong opponent then sasuke was stabbed by his own sword.Also Dont forget that sasuke was alomst dead if kabuto didnt save him.
