Legend Of Korra..Why is earth and fire bending so weak?

In legend of Korra. We pretty much seen them use their bending in life or death situation.

Look at this video Of All the Earth bending in Aang time. and please dont tell me . with new eras come dif power. as we seen in the past their was not ONE weak avatar. if anything they were OP. then you got. Zuko Uncle. Boomy.. Etc. So that "New Era" card dont proove much.



Now i cant find Legend of Korra Earth Bendings.. but still. . The only Earth Bender in their that is worth of being called a skilled earth bender is Beifong. But then again she is no Toph nor Daile (spelling) Warrior. Nor boomy. All the rest are a disgrace IMO

Now... To fire bending.. that dude that acts like Zuko..... Smh. SHAME We saw his weak little punches with fire... but he is part of a pro bending team? not only that the people that beat them are about the same... their fire bending was like a Dog to a dragon. If you remember correctly. The oldest fire bender in Aang time even made fire ON water!!!.... WHAT?! and all we see is some small time bending from these fire benders.





GRANTED their is more to see in the series but as of now . Im rather disappointed in the bending... Korra.. i wont touch base on her but Aang son. *tips my hat* :noc: He is his father son.. Just expression why the bending been so weak? Was bending at its prime during Aang time.? were all of them just a Rare breed? dont tell me cause its just the beginning. cause in the start of the Last Airbender we seen strong bending ALL throughout the place.. -sigh-

I'd mostly say the thing is that we've seen much more bending in the Legend of Korra than in the The Last Airbender. Not only that, but the Equalists are actually trained to fight benders, so they have more of an advantage. On top of that, I doubt it's weak, but Fire and Earth were the only prominent used ones in The Last Airbender (I mean with the exception of Aang and Katara), so meh.

I personally Like the new avatar plot and story line better. It gets me more involved. But the bending. When i saw the mini zuko hit the robot i was like :sy: let that had been zuko and all them machines would have went down with one fell swoop. Not to mention AANG is a stronger bender then zuko and Zuko father and his sister was stronger. So man. I actually feel bad. If zuko and his family alone wanted to take republic city. they could.

true the power scaling went down but thats because before it was always benders vs benders with the exception of azulas companions but now its benders vs non benders you aren't going to have korra or macao whoop out some crazy ass fire blast or the earth kid make craters on the earth just to fight a normal person

yea i guess they powered it down to a certain extent or simply the fact that the ppl we saw in the last airbender the best of the best. like katara, azula, toph, aang, ozai, bumi.

chief bei fong i guess isnt as good as her mother

but look tenzin was still able to kick ass with airbending and so were his kids

waterbending seems powerful like in tarlock's room. i guess we gotta see general iroh(zuko's probable grandson) we might see some crazy firebending

as for earth i am disspointed no one is on aang's, toph's or bumi's level

but in general there is decent decrease in power scaling

Boomi was the best man. He stayed in that metal thing for years cause he wanted to. then when they broke him out him metal bend his way back. but now you think about it. AANG is sick. he dated katara but aang is actually Boomi and Zuko uncle age. O.O

iroh isnt that old man. he is just older than his dad not his grandpa

bumi is 112 years old lol that is living long. toph and bumi r the best but toph did create metalbending
