It was weak that Tenzin bested him IMO. He was barely keeping up with a weakened Korra, but I agree. That team was bada**. And bolin lavabending was awesome tooI cant believe zeheer kept up with the avatar state, he is by far the most impressive villain, also, I didn't notice till now that Pi Ling was a giant
She was voiced by zelda willaims, it was probably just added in as a tribute to robin, a last second edit probablyOne thing I forgot to mention - Kuvira, the Captain of Zaofu.
That moment, when Tonraq thanked for saving his life, the whole situation of her saying her name was stretched for quite a few seconds (plus the music in the background), for no particular reason. . . except that she might play a bigger role in the upcoming fourth season. . . maybe she is even part of the Red Lotus. . . hmmYou must be registered for see images
It might sound not so serious to some, but think about it. . . she was introduced from the fifth episode of the season, but her name was never mentioned until now. . . :erm:
Actually, I noticed that she was voiced over by Zelda Williams, but I didn't realise who she actually was. . . until now. . . :erm:She was voiced by zelda willaims, it was probably just added in as a tribute to robin, a last second edit probably
I never really thought about Korra being the last Avatar. Dang...I was glued to my seat the entire time. All the fights and feels in the finale...
The closure for this entire Legend of Korra series will definitely be a sad one. Korra might be the last avatar afterall.
Can't wait for book 4 now.

I doubt that Korra will be the last Avatar for one reason: the previous season was all about the spiritual conversion and such, which led to the Avatar cycle nearly dying, but eventually got reforged. If they wanted to make Korra the last Avatar, that moment would have been ideal if they wanted to end it. So making two seasons that follow up on it makes no sense if they really wanted to end it.I never really thought about Korra being the last Avatar. Dang...

But then book 3 wouldn't have zaheer trying to kill her and she doesn't delvope more seeing how so many people don't want the avatar anymore, its been hinted at since atleast book 2 that shes the last avatarI doubt that Korra will be the last Avatar for one reason: the previous season was all about the spiritual conversion and such, which led to the Avatar cycle nearly dying, but eventually got reforged. That book 2 hints towards her being the last Avatar is the reason I just stated as why I don't believe she is. Plotwise it doesn't make much sense that in the 2nd book they bring the entire story of the origin of the Avatar, the introduction of the 1st Avatar, the end of the 10 000 year old Avatar cycle and the birth of the Dark Avatar, which is the biggest evil imaginable in this verse, but then they continue for two seasons with what are and probably will be 'regular' Avatar issues? But then book 3 wouldn't have zaheer trying to kill her and she doesn't delvope more seeing how so many people don't want the avatar anymore, its been hinted at since atleast book 2 that shes the last avatar

You don't stick the climax of a story in the middle, it appears at the end. They could have easily written it like that that the 2nd book wouldn't be such a huge thing by for instance removing everything about the Dark Avatar and Vaatu and save that for the last book making Unalaq the sole villain of book 2. They could have written it so that all the events of book 2, 3 and 4 were the result of his doing and Korra's fight with Vaatu being the 'final battle'. Directly after this you could say good by to the Avatar cycle. They could also have easily swapped books 2, 3 and probably 4 with each other and just edit a few things.
But they didn't. They did it in the 2nd book where Korra beat Vaatu, locked him up for another 10 000 years and reforged the being of the Avatar and it gets followed up by two new books. If they wanted to end the Avatar, these last two books should have never appeared as it pretty much comes down to that Korra beats the greatest evil in existence and then for two seasons has to maintain balance to the world showing that in fact the world is as it always has been, a world that needs the Avatar...but is gone after Korra? You end your series to put it blunt as a loser, in an extremely negative way. If you would have ended after that massive battle with Vaatu, you can easily say that the worst evil in existence was beaten, now it's time for a new world, but they can handle it. Even it being an illusion, as you don't know what comes after it, you believe it. That does no work however when you do exactly know what happens afterwards. Not to mention they tried to kill the entire being of the Avatar in book 1, 2 and 3 it's quite a joke if eventually in book 4 the Avatar simply stops.
You don't write stories like that.
