[Discussion] Legend of Korra Book 3: Change - Preview and What's to come.

Some of the changes in Book 3: Change have been revealed!

(If you do not want any potential spoilers, I suggest you read Book 1-2 first of Legend of Korra)

Here are some of the changes:

-No more romance (like Makorra, Borra, Bosami, Molin, etc
-Korra still doesn't gain the past lives of the avatars
-Book 3 will take place around the Earth Kingdom and will have the Beifong family in it (considering the Beifong is from the earth kingdom)
-We will see more Bumi (Out of speculation, It might be because he might have to do with a mission of the United Forces)
-Book 3 will have nothing that has to do with Korra losing her bending of any sort
-Because Book 3 is based on Earth, Book 4 will most likely be based on Fire.
-Michael Dimartino and Bryan Konietzko have said after Book 3 and 4, They will be doing no more Avatar and Book 4 will probably be doing a series finale

I hope this clears some things out, and it may be better to be seen then be heard.

It'll probably just be taking a break, ATLA ended 2008 and LoK started in 2012...The same thing might happen here :erm:

By the ratings of Beginnings 1&2 i would not be surprised if down the road we have a prequel as the next series and it will be about wan!!

it's basically as classic as the first and this is coming from someone who generally thinks sequels can't outdo the firsts

Well i hope you enjoy it. Just dont expect it to be the same as The Last Airbender(the legend of aang), and you should be just fine. Too many people expect it to be just like the first series, and dont enjoy it for what it does, and is.

Its like if you have a older brother who is great at a sport, people will look at his talent, and ignore yours.(even if you were amazing at a different sport)

Korra is a good series so far. I dont know how they will make the next book as gripping though. They set the bar really high in book 2
