Legalize weed, or not?

For medicinal uses, yeah- should've been legalised ages ago.

But for personal use? I don't know, having an even larger portion of society a part of the gross drug culture is a scary thought. It's harmless directly of course but it's going to have indirect consequences, as most things do. The stereotype for drug culture and drug users is one that is actually incredibly accurate and I don't want the gross, bad-smelling, delinquent mentality spread any further. Also we're going to have more and more people 'stoned' and intoxicated in their day to day life, which is going to create much more accidents, less intelligent conversation and just a slightly less functional society.

Don't legalise weed.

Um no, you replied to my post basically saying it was invalid because it's just my opinion. Stop being so snappy on a Naruto forum, it's annoying.

Also to stay on topic, taking any sort of gas onto your lungs is actually bad for your body so that 'weed is harmless' stuff isnt even 100% true. I would have no problem with it if it didn't affect other people, but it does. It actually does.

Because it is, but most of it isnt, so i stand corrected. And thank you.
This part of the second bolded sentence is though "which is going to create more accidents..."
And not any sort of gas, oxygen is a gas and it is not bad. Weed doesnt effect your lungs that much, well at least not as much as tobacco, pollution, etc.
But i am unsure on the second hand effects, i smell it most of the time where i live and it doesnt effect me at all, it might be that i am tolerant to it.

I've never tried it and never will, so I'm not gonna spread my prejudices. But as far as I know, it does more harm to the lungs than cigarettes. Though if we look at the countries/states where it is legalized, it didn't make much difference so...people will use it either way.

Marijuana does not do more damage to the lungs than cigarettes/tobacco.

Facts that weed if ever fully legalized more problems*

1. Crime rate will go up
2. More violence
3. More Murder
4. Less profit selling it for people who want to grow/sell
5. will cost so much more growing it hence even if they grew it for themselves it will cost them more then usual

our prisons are full of non violent criminals who are incarcerated for drugs, i'm sorry but that is not only a waist of money but it is morally wrong. a pot head should not be facing years in prison. It's another law that will not change until people become less ignorant. same way it took all these years for gays to have rights. wake up people

Morally wrong? so breaking the law is the right thing to do now? uh no its called dont do anything illegal.

Pot heads are not facing time in prison, its people who are drug trafficking large amounts of drugs in order to get $, and greed causes killings and violence cause of it.

Ignorant people are ones who dont accept the law on how it is
