If you want the truth, the police don't even want you to touch them because you will get in trouble as well. But if he is trying to kill you, just punch him a bit. Don't overdo it though ~.~

If someone is really trying to kill you, you should be much less worried about how to punch back and more worried about the assailant seeing your hidden bullet proof vest.

Fact is, people that actually try to kill often succeed since they are completely prepared. I'm talking about AK-47's, M16's, weapons equipped full on armor piercing rounds. These things aren't awfully expensive and the assailant doesn't doesn't even need to be a millionare to obain these. Scary, quite scary. The world these days.
