Permission:

Ace lied down beneath the tree, using his hat to escape from the afternoon heat.

Well, well, well look who we have here. Do 100 laps around, while telling me a little about taijutsu, as well what are leg weights?

I get up, tucking away my hat and warm up a little, stretching my body. Taking a deep breath, I exhale out, beginning to start jogging.

Taijutsu, means Body Arts, which usually doesn't require the molding and manipulation of chakra. Albeit, chakra acts as a "fuel" burning the calories when performing physical attacks. Taijutsu simply means hand to hand combat. It doesn't have a set specific definition per se, since there are no pre-made jutsus or such. Taijutsu gives the user the freedom to use "freeform attacks", which means it is only limited to the user's imagination on what he can do, the possibilities are endless. However, it still follows the basic laws of physics. Strong Fist techniques like Rock's Lee's "Leaf Whirlwind" and so on, incorporate the usage of only the physical energy. Additionally, chakra can be used to boost the power of one's attacks, making them a lot stronger. Through extreme training, one can increase their body's raw power and stamina, to last longer in battle, as well as be stronger. The body has 8 limiters called gates which limit the usage of chakra for keeping the body safe from harm. Releasing the gates causes a high amount of chakra to be released at once, and the heart pumps at a higher and faster rate which increases the user's physical power and his speed. However, opening more and more gates can damage the user's body to a very high level for the cost of extreme physical power, the last Gate killing the user after it's usage. Even releasing the Gates require extreme training, which only Gai and Lee could release, respectively 8 gates and 6 gates, although Kakashi could release one gate maximum. Additionally, Ninjutsu can be combined with Taijutsu to make one's blows more powerful and destructive. A canon eg would be Raikage A's Lightning Armour, which is NinTaijutsu.

Leg Weights are a special set of extremely heavy weights worn on the ankles that make use of Fuuinjutsu and look light in appearance as seen in the manga. The user trains and moves like he would without the weights, getting used to the strapped weights. This increases the strength in the legs, as the user is applying more force to move. Once the weights are removed, the user becomes extremely fast, because of the sudden lack of extra gravitational force that was originally there because of the weights; i.e. his running speed is increased, but his movement speed, i.e. punches, kicks, etc are the same.

Fantastic stuff. Now come back here, and you see that tree over there, I want you to beat it up in as manner creative ways you can think of!

Coming to a halt, I exhale out deeply, standing for a short while, getting used to the breathlessness. After sometime, I walk up to the tree, and bring my hands up to my chest, curling them into fists. Holding my hands there, I extend my right leg, and arch my upper body backwards, kicking the tree's base with my leg in a straight motion, as my left leg remains in place. Once that is done, I extend my right leg again, however this time, I rotate my right leg in a circular manner and kick the tree's base with my toes, instead of my sole. I repeat the same with my left leg, and as that's done, I bend down and place my hands on the grass, performing a handstand. Once I feel my body is balanced, I extend my right leg forwards, somewhat struggling to maintain the balance and kick the tree with my toes. As I bring back my right leg to place, I lose balance, so I extend my arms backwards, using them to stop myself mid air and fall on the grass gently. I run a little backward, and then proceed running toward the tree at full speed. As I reach it, I bring my arms to my chest and jump upwards, bringing my body into the fetal position, and roll in the air, extending both my legs forward, with my upper body facing down. My legs hit the tree, and once they do, I bring them back to their original position, performing a backflip and landing on the grass in a standing position.

Superb, now with that take these weights that I just summoned, currently they have no massive weight attached to them, all I want you to do is put them on and do a few kicks, there is a minor weight obviously nothing life changing but tell me if you feel a different or not.

I attach the weights to my ankles and stretch my legs a little, trying to get used to the new weight. Once I feel used to it, I extend my right leg and perform a circular kick to the tree's base, hitting it as hard as I can, although I struggle a little, as my leg feels heavier. I repeat the same with my left leg, and feel the same struggle, bringing it back to it's original position. I repeat the circular kicks continually, until my legs ache slightly.

Yes, there's a slight change. It feels similar to lifting light dumbbells, which seems easy at first, but as you keep on getting used to the weight, at one point, your legs pain.

I perform one seal and it increases each weight by 20Kg. Now, try and do the same thing again with the weights weighing as much as they do.

As you perform the seal, the sudden increase of the weight causes me to kneel and fall toward the floor. With a lot of hardwork, I manage to get up, trying to get used to the weight increase. I slowly move my right leg forward, and bring it back, and do the same with my left leg. Slowly, I extend each leg a little more, until I feel comfortable and bring them back again. With a lot of willpower, I extend my right leg once more, moving it in a circular motion, as I kick the tree with my toes, bringing back my leg. I repeat the same with my left leg, as I drop down toward the floor once more, writhing in agony, as my ankles and my hips ache.

This is harder than I expected heh..

Seems like I've got accustomed to the weight. Gradually, I could kick and run like before.

Alright, so take the weights off. And in detail do the same thing you did before thinking of creative combos in attacking that tree, but only using your legs and the newly attained speed you will have when you take them off.

I unstrap the weights and drop them on the ground, creating a loud sound as they make contact with the ground. I then run toward the tree, bursting forward, losing control and nearly hitting the tree, amazed at my speed. I dash back towards my original position and burst forward towards the tree again, this time controlling my speed. As I near the tree, I forcefully come to a halt, shifting my body weight as I extend my right leg in a circular motion, kicking the trunk as hard as I can. The moment I finish this motion, I bring back my right leg and shift my body weight towards my left leg, extending it in the same way as my right leg, kicking the tree on it's trunk once more. The force of both the kicks creates a small crack in the tree. I then take some small steps backwards, and lunge forward, doing a frontal flip, extending both my legs forwards. As the kicks connect, I use my position in the air as a spring to force myself backwards in the air, as I land on the ground. Finally, I perform a handstand and kick the trunk with both my legs at once, bringing them back to their original position.
