13.5 push ups please
I drop down to the ground, placing my palms down with the rest of my body being completely straight being held up by my arms at an incline of roughly 50 degrees. I then bend through my elbows lowering my body to the ground and push it back up, performing the first push up. I keep repeating this process while counting the numbers as I do and after having performed the 13th push up I once again lower my body to the ground by bending through my elbows, not pushing myself back up having performed half a push up as per request of my teacher.

Good, so tell me what you know about the weights
The weights are a heavy belt like object which one straps around their lower legs. In the beginning the weights would inhibit ones movements due to the added weight, making it more difficult to move around and thus slow one down. However-.. once one has gotten used to the heavy weights they are able to run at their normal speed while the weights are on their legs meaning that when one removes the weights they will gain a big increase in speed being able to move across the battlefield at speeds which are nearly untraceable to the naked eye. The speed however is only increased when running and thus one would still slow down when punching their opponent. Ofcourse, you could just as easily use a sword and just hold it to the side not slowing down at all as you pass your opponent cutting them as you do.

I was hoping for you to ask that u-u

I begin by getting into a basic fighting stance, spreading my legs shoulder width apart with my left leg infront and my right leg slighly behind me while extending my left arm forward pointing my first towards you and my right palm slightly bend at my side also with a clenched fist. I then shuffle forward towards you and just before I would be within your range I pivot on my left leg, throwing my body forward as I rotate in a full 180 degrees in a counter clockwise fashion closing in on your body at a blazing speed shooting my right fist forward to strike you in the center of your chest, more specifically your solar plexus.

Standing witness to you gradually easing yourself into a comfortable pose, I remain unphased, prepared to take on any attack incoming. As you shift your center of gravity onto one of your legs and explode outwards towards me, spinning clockwise from my point of view and tensing the already closed fist, flinging it outwards to contemplate with the spin, I merely move in tune with you, spinning counter clockwise at my own point, towards the right, doing a full circular spin, as it starts your fist would be moving through the air, where with a simple palm slap I deviate it off it's course, knocking it towards your right, this action causes your already forward and unbalanced movement to be penetrated, and by grabbing your shirt during the final phase of my spin with my left hand, I stop in a manner where said hand is located behind me, grabbing onto your falling body, and by bending myself over I use my immense power to throw you over my back and forwards onto the ground, where you smash into, head first.

Too quick young one, you need to be more careful when moving so explosively.

As you spin your body around I drop my right leg to the ground, sliding it forward effectively lowering my stance with my body facing you while I pull back both my arms, shifting my eyes directly towards you thrusting both my arms forward with open palms which are alligned to eachother in a horizontal fashion to strike your body at waist level.

Humm.. because of my forward momentum? I dunno I thought it was fine since I didn't sprint towards you or anything and my right leg was facing into the direction I stretched it to u-u not too much of a momentum there

Good, good. You exploded outwards, I moved in tune with your violent nature, you could have stopped your body from lunging through the air with your right foot yes, but by then you'd already have succumbed to my attack, it is what I wanted you to do. Remember THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX or something >_>

I see u-u you make a fair point.

I take the weights and strap one of them around each of my legs. My legs, suddenly feeling heavy make it hard for me to move freekt but I try and hop off the ground a few times.

Run around the lap, get the incentive of what the weights will do to you, the toll they have on your body. Keep running around until you feel adjusted to them. Remember, right now they're not heavy, they're simply cosmetic, and only carry the weight of their mass, once you get used to that we'll get to the real thing.

I begin by jogging my way around the lap, the weight on my legs making it considerably harder for me to move as I normally would feeling as though I have bricks strapped around my ankles. However as I keep jogging I slowly get adjusted to the weights slowing me down and pick up the pace, now running across the lap. It's quite tough but slowly it gets easier to move as I would normally.

Description:
The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinetely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

The weights now have a purpose, being roughly around 20kg each, whilst proving movement to be more difficult it's an easy task to adapt to, walk around a bit and stuff like you used to, what's the difference now?

I do the same as I previously did, running several laps around the course however I begin at a slower pace, jogging my way across the laps as I feel the weight on my legs slowing me down but as I keep going forward the weight gradually becomes less of a problem as I grow adjusted to it. The difference between having them on and not is that at first my movements are slowed down quite a bit due to the weight strapped to my legs which I am not used to. However, on the contrary this means that if I get adjusted to the weight and can run at my original speed whilst wearing them my speed would be greatly enchanced once I drop the weights.

Alright, they'll stick with you for a month, in all battles and events but they won't be wearing you down, which means your speed will remain the same. Come back after a month and we'll continue
