You've had those weighs some time now, go ahead and drop them and see how much faster you are now.

(Katai Omori: Doroppu) Leg Weights: Drop
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A (+20 to Kicks, 2x Running Speed)
Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.

Gin begins running around, real fast around the battle field. Jumping up and down a bit getting use to lightness of his legs.

Just testing something. :)

Once you release the leg weights, your running speed becomes doubled, and subsequently, your leg related taijutsu is increased as well. This works due to the weights being heavy to first slow you down and over time, your body gets used to this extra weight and you begin to move at normal speed while they are present and on. Once you remove them, your legs, now strengthened from the weights, are capable of moving at double the original speed and from becoming stronger, are able to do stronger kicks.

Just a few things first:

1. You gain 2X your base RUNNING speed. Whatever it is. Yet, the moment you use a lightning armor, open an EIG, etc etc you lose it. You cannot stack the 2x running speed with anything else.

2. you actually gain one rank in kick related taijutsu moves (+20) damage when you remove the weights. The reason is that your body is used to delivering kicks with normal damage and speed and strength using the added weights that when you remove them the lost weight makes your muscles able to deliver more power kicks

3. You receive no other bonuses from this, no increased reaction time, higher perception, etc. Only faster running speed and +20 to leg based taijutsu, nothing more, nothing less.

btw, 2x running speed means that you become barely tracked by normal eyesight. If you're facing a similar ranked enemy with a non doujutsu non sensory bio, you become barely noticeable when running.

Now, update your bio with the weights added to them and this training thread as proof of completed training.
