Conditions: Lee starts in 6 gates and can maintain gates for 8 minutes. Sasuke starts in CS2.

Restrictions: summonings and genjutsu

Location: Sasuke vs Deidara

Asa Kujaku can be blocked by CS2's wings and the vast majority of Lee's physical strikes. I haven't read/watched the series in some time, but exactly are you basing this off of? When has Gai shown superior speed feats at base?

Well first of all, Base Gai was stated to be faster than Kakashi back in Part 1. Lee has displayed no speed of that level in Base alone. Second of all Gai has a 5 in all physical stats while Lee has 4.5s in strength and speed.

As long as you know that it doesn't take enhancements and Ninjutsu (unless it's the Ninjutsu stat) into account, that an equal score doesn't mean two people are equal in that field and that it doesn't cover anything past chapter 402 it's more reliable than most things.

-DB talks about Gai's reflexes, cites him battling Kisame without a weapon on his own and says it's because he's fast. Last time I checked that actually happened in the Manga you moronic twit.
-Manga states that Gai is faster than someone who is faster than Lee.
-DB rates him higher.

Your only response is "lol DB incosistent" even though when it comes to stats and events that actually happened in the Manga they aren't. You can't even show me any inconsistency strong enough to warrant the DB unusable.

If Lee is able to use Asakujaku, which are literally punches so fast they ignite the air (which means it's hot as f*ck), I don't see CS2 tanking. Plus, there's no way 6 gated Lee is not as fast or faster than Hebi Sasuke.

Lee has literally the exact training methods as Gai, so although I wouldn't say he's as fast as Gai since he is more unexperienced, I'd say it's reasonable to say a 6 Gated Lee is PRETTY DARN FAST.

Good point, but a point blank Asakujaku (arguably hotter than Fireball) would not be tanked. The force of the punches plus the heat would be too much.
