with the 6th gate open, there is no plausible way for juugo to keep up with lee curse mark or not. its not even a test of strength, more so stamina. lee's ability to keep the gates open vs. how long juugo can withstand being pummeled by lee without being able to catch him imo

I would have to go with Lee but man....I'm slightly torn...Ok, sticking to Lee but only because I've seen the power of the GATES. Cracking and putting Gaara's "Ultimate Defence" to the test as he did when he was younger makes me keep going back to him. But like in all battles, Juugo gets in a few at the right times...game over Rock Lee.
