also if the air the fist palm strike chakra points that would not make any sense , because why Kisame was able to use his chakra normally if it was blocked by Neji , also the attack would be useless then

hitting does not mean perfectly blocking it since they are even tough to block in cqc
blocking few points does not mean you can completely immobilise the enemy.

okay , the word ‎(tenketsu) 点穴 Literally meaning : pressure points ,
there is also a synonym to it that is 穴位 ‎(ketsui) Literally meaning : vital points

(the two are the same thing BTW these are just synonyms for the word 急所 (Kyusho) )

they could've used the world "tenketsu" for chakra points , and the words "ketsui" or "Kyusho" for Vital points , may be that's why there are difference in translation

we can't be sure unless we checked the databook scan in Japanese

Yes it can cause instant death or cause excruciating pain in the chest and damage the heart if vitals around that area are targeted but thats specifically targeting a real-life scenario..

-Based on logic and description a head/neck-shot aimed at vitals like the Carotid Artery would be able to incapacitate or kill , same if the Sternum is struck which would also damage the heart..

Not exactly , since Tenketsu are located around every vital area and the Chakra network is baiscally Naruto's version of our Acupuncture network meaning Acupuncture points are baiscally Tenketsu but vital area's can be characterized as different spots like the Head/Sternum e.g. For instance if Neji were to land a direct Air Palm to the flat of a human's head it would violently force the head back with little resistance and will actually rock the brain within the skull, causing a concussion, or instant death..

So no vital points and Tenketsu aren't the same thing at all with further evidence being that Air palm specifcally targets Vital spots instead of Tenketsu , but since Tenketsu and Vitals are so closely intertwined , one can attack a Tenketsu while also attacking that exact vital spot..

Also if the chakra points are the vital points , doesn't that mean that the chakra points has the the same aspects of the vital points in real life ?

Our pressure points or Acupuncture points in RL is basically Tenketsu in NV..
