Hrrmm... I'll say yes. 8 gates really only harms the body because the muscles are working harder than they're supposed to. If tsunade can regenerate organs then healing destroyed muscle shouldn't be a problem.

Yes they can, they only need Katsuyu though. Thats why i think Lee and Sakura would be deadly together

I don't see a reason why he could'nt.Though using the Eight Gates is supposed to be a automatic death sentence so I don't think Tsunade or Sakura would be able to help Lee.

BM only grants you extreme chakra and defense from what seems to be elemental attacks.
The 8th Gate destroys your muscles and organs... You basically destroy your body using it.
The only theoretical way to survive it would be the Byakugou Seal healing you before everything is torn to shreds. However, the problem there is that is your cells would be constantly torn and healed. Tsunade notably twitched just from Madara's Katon. Assuming the muscles and technique can properly function despite the constant muscle cycle fluctuating, can one have the cell count to survive it (cells only divide a certain number of times).
Most likely the technique ends up killing you. The individual being dead before the final blow actually lands.

It really just depends. No one has seen the 8th gate, just look what the 7th gate did to Gai. While the sixth gate didn't bother him as much. For all we know, the muscle in 8th gate might actually explode.
But I would say Lee would barely be hurt in 7th gate, under these conditions. Though bm 7th gate Lee sounds freaking terrifying.
