If that logic makes sense then Lee should be able to predict movements much faster than Sakura because he is comfortably used to moving quickly. He trains faster, he fights faster, he predicts faster, he reacts faster, he counters faster.

Even look at how quickly Lee reacted to Gaara's sand in their Part 1 battle. Sakura has never shown reaction speed like that; and being controlled by Chiyo doesn't count.

Sakura was trained by the one who was considered superior to Gai in combat according to Jiraiya.

And Sakura is also the one who has shown to start figuring out attack patterns and etc.

Sakura is also many times more intelligent than Rock Lee

Strength > Speed, no matter how fast you are, if you can't even put a scratch on your opponent you are wasting your time.

Strength + speed > Speed.

A battle against a byakugo user that has regeneration is never about speed and reflexes. It comes down to who can outlast whom.

Moving so fast that the human eye can't see it is classified as "Faster than the human eye can see", which is very fast in real life, but in fiction, it's near the bottom of the barrel.
