Gonna need proof for the bold, cause that shows that you have no idea how the hell Byakugo works. You store chakra in your seal, then when you release it, you regenerate. That regeneration lasts as long as that chakra in the seal lasts. The only "levels" Byakugo would have would relate to how long it last, not how well it regenerates.
Nice try though. You know that Lee can't kill a Byakugo user, so you're trying to make it seem like Sakura's Byakugo is trash. Lol, get these weak ass arguments out of my face.
And I see that these clown kids are still using "blurs" to determine people's speed. I suggest you refer to my last post to UltraPain, who decided to abandon the thread after getting shat on. Blurs=Faster than eye movement, which is low as hell on the speed chart. FODDER shinobi have moved so fast that Kishi or the animators only put blurs. Lol.
