Ur trying to put fix rules and consequence like in the real world. But like in the real world, not everyone is following them.

U can't have a everyone being exactly as u like, this will never happen. It is in the human nature to research induviduality and ''freedom''. The internet is just a good way to let it out. And as many people point it out here, NB is addictive. So if someone who want to have attention for X reason, but gets banned, then he will try again.

Even if it's work for the mods what do you want to do Devlin? Forbid those people to use the internet so u'll be sure they don't come on NB O_-?

U have to stop being an idealist and accept that there's nothing to do here, just accept those people and let them be.

Dude seriously take your complex somewhere else,all you do recently is try and mock my threads its getting tedious seriously I never said anything had to be done about it,its a DISCUSSION thread read my very first post and you'll see I asked a question seeing if anyone else thought it was stupid case was never opened in the first place so....now don't you feel silly? I never said forbid anyone this was just a discussion thread prooving a point and asking peoples opinions not forcing them onto other people so you can do whatever you want with your case xD (lawyer!) ha that made me laugh thanks

In this kind of situation u need a professional just like me U_U...since u hypocrites seem to ignore my genius posts on other threads and make fun of them , i will not leave u alone until u aknowledge my awesomeness...

Now on-topic...i think fags make threads that notify ppl that they leave in order to create some sort of "I will miss you" and " Don't leave pleaseeeeeeeeee" atmosphere so they see how many ppl will miss them (in most cases ppl just pretend to be sorry), create a good impresion about themselves and try to make ppl feel sorry, but they don't actually realise that most of them don't give a f*ck...now of course the makings of these threads encourage other douchebags to leave and leave (spam) tears behind them , and so they create a chain reaction , which than evolves into spam, loss of nerves and many infractions, and in the end all there r left with is more lameness , embarassment and some more haters

yes there's freedom of speech but there's also being just plain offensive and confrontational...

and what happens if one day one of these people are "attention seeking"... but it's for a reason... what happens if everyone treats em like dirt because they wanted attention then they went and killed themselves...

i'm not saying it's right or wrong... but you guys could end up pushing someone over the edge one of these days and should be ashamed of ureselves...

i'm not the one who's totally disregarding someone elses feelings... all you guys are doing is trying to be clever and look good... you are doing it just to be funny and generally disrespect others... i don't know how u can sit there and be like that...
