something is only addictive if you don't have the strength of character to break the habit i.e. smoking,drinking etc... there are ways of helping break habits but this is not one of them,making more accounts in excess of 10 O_O seriously what was wrong with all 9 of the others?Could you not have done a name change?Changed your profile?Edited contacts etc...?Yes I know what rei is saying regarding people getting banned and wanting to come on (as they must have nothing better to do) but why keep getting yourself banned in the first place? all this is creating is more accounts for the mods/smods/admins to delete/ban!!!=Freedom of speech,look it up.

Ur trying to put fix rules and consequence like in the real world. But like in the real world, not everyone is following them.
U can't have a everyone being exactly as u like, this will never happen. It is in the human nature to research induviduality and ''freedom''. The internet is just a good way to let it out. And as many people point it out here, NB is addictive. So if someone who want to have attention for X reason, but gets banned, then he will try again.
Even if it's work for the mods what do you want to do Devlin? Forbid those people to use the internet so u'll be sure they don't come on NB O_-?
U have to stop being an idealist and accept that there's nothing to do here, just accept those people and let them be.
