Focus the chakra into your palm, and let the Raiton flow into it. Not to powerful though or you run the risk of destroying your nerves.

now we will start with the first jutsu.

Raiton no Jutsu - Lightning Technique

it's a D-Rank ninjutsu, that best used in combination with a water jutsu, or if the opponent gets way to close for comfort.

it's a easy enough jutsu but as with all Raiton, it can be dangerous if you aren't careful. So then focus that chakra through your finger tips and release them as small lightning bolts. and target the base of the mountain.

-I calm down my mind and breath in to become even more calm.Then i start sending chakra to my hands and think of lightning strengths etc to convert notmal chakra into lightning chakra.When i have collected enough lightning chakra in my hands i quickly start releasing the lightning chakra through my fingertips and small static bolts of lightning start to appear.Then i keep on focusing the released chakra and do not send out any more chakra and keep the released chakra absolutely focused in my hands-

-I begin by concentrating chakra into my hand and begin to think of lightning due to which the chakra gets converted into lightning chakra.Now I start to release the chakra from my fingertips causing small static bolts to appear.Now I maintain the chakra and keep on contunuing the jutsu by focusing on the static bols so that they do not disperse.-
