Water has disadvantage over Earth and advantage over fire.

You do remember how the form of water, Gas, works? There are molecules that bounce off of one another, the natural state of Gas.
Let's have this same concept apply to this jutsu. Work up Suiton chakra in your body, then release it in a "spreaded manner" throughout the air. Add enough Suiton chakra to make the water become dense and turn into a mist surrounding us.

well from this training i learnt to convert the atmosphere in heavy mist, as the surrounding air start becoming heave and foggy.
well i can use this jutsu to trick my enemy and can attack him easily, as my enemy cant able to see my cause of heavy mist

Well, if your enemy is blinded, aren't you blinded too? There will be another jutsu later on that will allow you feel where your opponent is.

start concentrating to mold all the chakra into my palms and compress it.
Then quickly released it upward with the help of shape manipulation to take a small shape of sword, but it isn't very solid so try and use even more chakra and slowly a sword shape hardened and created ]

i think its fine now sensei.
[swing my sword with full energy which left in my body.
targeting the wooden peice holding by the sensei.
it was a good hit, gave a large crack in wood, but cant able to break it]

[taking my stance again, this time trying more hard, to create a nice sharp sword, jus like a regular good sword.
swing again targeting the wood, this time i did it, cutting the wood into the pieces]
well it will be very usefull in short range attacks as it acts jus like a regular sword to cut the flash out of my enemy's body.
