(Fūton: Kakeami no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Cast Net Technique
Perform the technique:
Shadou grasp onto the handle of his gunbai while letting his chakra flow throughout it. Once a large amount of futon chakra is gathered and focused within the fan, Shadou swings it towards his opponent, releasing a powerful gust of wind from the gunbai. The wind takes on the form of a net, capable of slicing through his opponent,

Creative uses/strengths:
Strengths are that with a fan,this technique doesn’t require hand seals. The technique can also extend up to long range and covers a decent area making evasion difficult. Creative uses could be to trap your opponents feet beforehand so they cannot evade the gust of wind. A fireball followed by this technique could also work.

Drawbacks/counters:
Without a fan, this technique requires a few hand seals which can be a drawback depending on the range that this technique is performed from. The technique is also straightforward and travels across the ground, so a quick opponent can set up a counter or evasion quick. Counters could be setting up a strong earth wall or earth armor to withstand the attack. A wide-scale, powerfull fire technique to overpower the gust or a technique to boost yourself into the air could also work.
(Futon: Shinkūzan no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Vacuum Slash technique
Perform the technique:
Shadou begins to gather a considerable amount of chakra while envisioning the nature of wind. As his chakra takes on the properties of wind, Shadou channels the chakra towards his fingertips. Shadou then waves his hands, releasing a blade of wind in the form of a scythe.
Creative uses/strengths:
Strengths are that this technique can be performed very quickly and is also very powerful and can reach a decent range. Since the technique is noticeable however, a creative use could be to use the hidden in the mist technique or bringer of darkness, to take away the vision of your opponent then use this technique. Lightning technique capable of paralyzing the opponent would also be a perfect setup for this technique as well.
Drawbacks/counters:
Besides being noticeable, there aren’t too many disadvantages towards this technique. One drawback that stands out is that if the user send more then one blade, the technique gets weaker and a quick opponent can move out of range. Counters could be of course to set up a large wall of powerful earth or to use the stone golem technique to take the impact from this hit. A strong enough fire jutsu will also overpower this tech.
( Futon: Shinkūdama ) - Wind Release: Vacuum Bullet
Perform the technique:
Gathering a large amount of chakra from within, Shadou begins to envision the nature of wind, allowing his chakra to match the properties of wind. Shadou opens his mouth while taking a deep inhale, sucking in all the air in the surrounding area. As Shadou sucks in the wind, his opponent is dragged in towards him. Once his opponent is sucked in from the wind, Shadou kneads the gathered futon chakra in his mouth before releasing a powerful bullet made of wind to blast his opponent backwards.

Creative uses/strengths:
Strengths are that this technique requires no hand seals and can reach a decent range. The technique is also capable of throwing the opponent off balance or interrupting their planned assault. Creative uses could be setting up a trap on the ground that the opponent will land on once they are hit with the bullet. As the opponent is getting dragged in, throwing shurikens/kunais to add extra damage can work as well while you’re streaming the technique. If the user has a clone on the battlefield, they could have it maneuver behind the opponent to set up a deadly trap.

Drawbacks/counters:
Drawbacks are that this technique is streaming based, so it requires the user to constantly feed it chakra while active which can be dangerous; that with the fact that this technique is released from the mouth, leaves many blindspots open on the user for a ally/clone/summon. Counters could be the earth technique where the user increases their weight to prevent them from being dragged in followed by a fire technique to overpower the wind. If a clone is on the battlefield for the target, there are plenty of more chances for this technique to backfire.

Quite a difficult list to compile because there are a lot of A rank techs that I like. Wind Blade is on my list because its quick and accurate and could be used in combination with taijutsu techs. Gale raging wall I like because it’s a combo in one move and can do some significant damage to the opponent if it lands. The technique also leaves room for me to send another jutsu once the lightning strikes. Severing I like because it forms above the user, presenting a chance to catch the opponent off guard and to do damage. Combined with a technique that travels across the ground, severing can be dangerous if used strategically. Vaccum Bullet I like for many reasons. It can drag the opponent towards you which can interrupt them from doing a lot and then the final blow is an attack that deals damage. The number one technique is dangerous and fast which is why I placed it number one.

Description: After making the Rat handseal, the user creates and controls air currents from the palms of their hands, forming a large field of raging air currents and gusting winds. The technique expands quickly, rapidly spanning through all of the battle field, gathering debris, dust and other small particles in its path. The technique effectively creates a very large controllable "dust" storm.
Note: Lasts 3 turns or until released.

The user will gather fuuton chakra into their palms and do one hand seal. They will then release the fuuton chakra in the form of wind currents that will begin to gather dust from the ground and expand fast creating a dust storm which they are able to manipulate through movement however they want, they reach up to long range as well making them very mobile. It requires one hand seal so it is also pretty quick to perform. This is great to hinder the opponent movement due to its large scale and controlling it. The dust can harm the opponent vision, covering their eyes. With that being said because it requires you to have control over the currents which can leave you open so it is best to use for long range battle and the dust do not cause actually damage but its good to use with a clone so they can send large scale attacks. Now simply using a large scale water jutsu to douse the dust of the current and making it to heavy to manipulate rendering it useless, an S-Rank would do fine. For each turn you use this technique it spends chakra.


(Fūton: Shinkū Renpa) – Wind Release: Serial Waves

Description: After performing a the required hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog theuser takes a deep breath and exhales several blades of wind at different angles, by rapidly moving their head in various directions. The power of this technique can be dramatically enhanced when utilised in conjunction with the effects of extreme suction, such as that generated by the Baku, where the augmented attack proved effective enough to even slice through the defences of a complete Susanoo.

The user will gather their fuuton chakra into their lungs and do the 4 requires hand seals. The user will then spit out a blade or multiple blades which have extremely powerful cutting abilities to such an extent it was able to even cut through the Susano'o. You can also aim each blade anywhere you want by moving their head around so it can be used against many opponent or use it to send barrage of attacks to only make evasion tougher on the opponent. Now because each blade are projectile you should know by now that makes them easy to notice and anticipate so you can evade but I would use a dense armor just in case the opponent sends more then one blade, also it only goes up to mid range so pushing yourself back might actually be best to do.

(Fūton: Kiryū Ranbu) - Wind Release: Air Current Wild Dance
Perform the technique:
Shadou performs the rat hand seal while he begins to gather a large amount of chakra. As his chakra starts to flow throughout his network, Shadou envisions the properties of wind. He channels the chakra towards his palms and releases his chakra so that he is able to control the air currents. As the technique spreads throughout the battlefield, debris is added to the wind gust, creating a dust storm.

Creative uses/strengths:
Strengths are that this technique only requires one hand seal and can extend to long range. The technique also last three turns which can come in handy if used correctly. It is capable of restricting the opponents movements as well as messing with their vision. Creative uses could be to summon a clone or summon to the battlefield and have it launch jutsus at the opponent while the user controls the current.
Drawbacks/counters:
Drawbacks are that this technique requires constant focus from the user to keep control of the chakra and for each turn the technique is active, the user loses chakra. The technique also doesn’t deal any damage. Counters could be using a wide-scale water jutsu to wash away the dust and other particles. A technique to dig into the ground could also keep the opponent out of the dust storm.
(Fūton: Shinkū Renpa) – Wind Release: Serial Waves
Perform the technique:
Shadou raises his hands before his chest and starts to string together the rat, snake, horse, and dog hand seals while gathering his chakra. He molds his chakra to take on the properties of wind as he gathers it within his lungs. Shadou then opens his mouth, taking a deep inhale. He then exhales, releasing several sharp blades of wind. Shadou turns his head, controlling the path of the blades as they approach their target.

Creative uses/strengths:
Strengths are that this technique can create multiple blades to barrage the opponent or several targets, it can also reach up to mid-range. The blades can be controlled by head movements. The technique is noticeable so blinding the opponent or sending a quick jutsu to occupy the opponent beforehand may be clever so could trapping the opponents feet so they can’t move.

Drawbacks/counters:
Drawbacks are that this technique requires a set of hand seals which may be costly. The technique is also noticeable giving the opponent time to react or counter. Counters could be a very powerful strong armor or depending on how many projectiles are sent and the angle they are sent from, a wide-scale fire jutsu. A technique to boost yourself out of range or one to go underground could work as well.

(Fūton: Shinkū Taigyoku) – Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere
Rank: S

Description: After performing two hand seals Tiger → Dog the user launches a stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth.

A larger version of the A-Rank jutsu. The user will perform the necessary hand seals. Now the only difference is the user will send one attack only and that one attack will be compressed and backed with power. What makes it great is how simple but powerful it is, with huge blunt force and with only two hand seal it is performed at moderate pace. The main problem is its a straight forward attack this overall can pretty much be easy to evade or block just how most projectiles are, so a powerful defense like a large golem can withstand the blast as well, you can try to evade but this technique is very fast moving so make sure you have a proper and fast technique to evade. It can only go up to mid range suprisingly so it is not as mobile as most techniques. A smart combo you can use is send a projectile attack towards the opponent of any kind and then send this sphere towards that attack but slightly flanking behind so they don't touch and mix. So the opponent will try to stop the first technique but then will have to quickly deal with this one and appear like a surprise so reacting to it will be hard.


( Futon: Tatsumaki Heki ) - Wind Release: Tornado Wall

Description: The user does the Ram hand seal and generates a large wall of 5 Tall tornadoes in front of him that are sent towards the opponent. A flying summoning with a wind affinity can create this technique by simply flapping their wings to generate the wind for the technique.

One of the deadliest techniques and powerful but it is also quite simple as well. The user will gather fuuton chakra and do one hand seal then generate the fuuton chakra forward to create 5 tall (10 meters) tornadoes that are sent towards the opponent. One thing is the jutsu is fast to perform and can travel up to long range, due to the size of each tornadoes and how many their are evading it is very tough to do and the walls of tornado can also be used for defense to block attacks. Their large stature makes it easy to notice so they can be anticipated and to develop a proper counter. Now each tornado is B-rank in power which will equal in a total of S-Rank power. So using something like a S-Rank wide scale fire jutsu will be enough to stop each one. The tornadoes also do not form instantly it takes a couple of seconds which you can use to stop them, they also require the ground as a medium so disrupting the ground will slow them down and lose shape.

Shadou raises his hands in front of his chest and weaves together the hand seals of the tiger and dog while his chakra starts to gather from his network. Shadou concentrates on the nature of wind, allowing his chakra to take on the properties of wind. Shadou then inhales deeply while channeling his chakra in his lungs. He then exhales from his mouth a large sphere of wind directed at his opponent.

Creative uses/strengths:
Strengths of this powerful technique is that it moves at a moderate pace and can be difficult to evade. The technique requires two hand seals which isn’t bad and can reach mid-range. Creative uses could be to send a projectile based elemental technique such as a fire jutsu then send this one behind it.

Drawbacks/counters:
Not too many drawbacks besides that this technique is straightforward which could mean easy evasion against a clever opponent. Counters could be to create the s rank earth golem to withstand the hit for you are sending a powerful fire jutsu back at this technique to take advantage of the elements weakness.
( Futon: Tatsumaki Heki ) - Wind Release: Tornado Wall
Perform the technique:
Shadou starts to gather a large amount of chakra while envisioning the nature of wind. While gathering chakra, Shadou quickly performs the ram hand seal in preparation for the technique. Five tornadoes are suddenly summoned in front of Shadou as he releases his gathered chakra. The tornadoes travel across the ground as they approach Shadou’s target.
Creative uses/strengths:
Strengths of this technique is that only one hand seal is required and the technique can reach any range. This technique creates multiple tornadoes which can be hard to evade for an opponent and they can also be used for defensesive purposes. Using a technique to alter the terrain in your favour plus with this technique can be a creative use. A fire tech added to the tornadoes can make them more dangerous. A technique such as world shaking to throw your opponent off balance may grant the user enough time to pull this technique off without having to worry about a counter.

Drawbacks/counters:
Drawbacks are that the tornadoes aren’t formed instantly and that they use the ground as a medium. They are noticeable and each tornado is of B rank. Counters could be sending a wide-scale fire jutsu like majestic annihilation to overpower the tornadoes or sending a lightning jutsu at the ground to break it apart and disrupt the technique.
